Booked a last min city break over new year, great price.|Location is great with metro outside and Ubers are easy to get.|Easy to walk to Notre dam in 20 mins ||Great restaurants and shops very close ||Lots to explore ||The hotel is exactly as described |Bed comfy |Cleanliness is amazing super clean ||Helpful staff it’s not 5 star it’s a very good 3 as described and I would use it again ||My daughter left her phone and they went above and beyond to post it back to us and find it ! |Big thanks |Great stay

This aparthotel is one of few economical places for 3 or 4 adults in Paris. The neighborhood has access to several metro lines. Many local restaurants are very good. There are several small grocery stores nearby.|The apartment is worn but clean. The sheets are good quality. Before we arrived I filled out a welcome email and asked for extra towels. We received 4. Cleaning was on day 4 of an 8 day stay. We received 3 towels. |There are 2 clothes washing machines (5 euro) and 1 dryer (4 euro). They are operated by an app.|Easy to control heat in the living room and bedroom. Also, a tv in each room with at least 1 English channel. A towel warmer was useful in the bathroom. For hot water in the shower, it took a few minutes to arrive, but there was plenty of hot water. The shower has a small glass wall. We brought a shower curtain and 2 suction cups with hooks to keep the water in the very tall tub. Shampoo and lotion was provided. No body/hand soap.|It's a good hotel. Overall clean.

Great location, friendly staff however the room was average and could be abit cleaner. We stayed on floor 3 on the side of the road and could hear every single noise from the traffic, ambulances etc with the window shut. ||Would recommend for people looking for a base while in paris.

I have just finished a 4 night stay here and it has exceeded my expectations. My room was gorgeous. The most spacious studio I have ever stayed in. Lovely kitchen area packed with everything you need. The room was just perfection. I do not understand people's obsession with aircon. I did not feel too hot or cold, but opened the window to let some air in if needed. It was so nice to have a bath over the shower. The location is indeed bustling and lively, with your choice of shops on your doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel.

近くの中華料理も（青菜炒飯が嬉しい）有り難い。
周辺のパン屋さんは三店舗買ってみたけど…どれも好みでなかった。
割と人通りが少ないところなので、朝夜は少し不安かも。
The location is good, within walking distance to Bastille and the nearby market. There is also a butcher and supermarket nearby.
The kitchen was well-equipped with crockery and cutlery, and the dishwasher was clean.
The room was fine except for the shower draining slowly, which was fine as long as it wasn't clogged. The level of cleanliness and cleaning was not bad either.
I appreciate the Chinese food nearby (the green vegetable fried rice was great).
There are relatively few people around, so it may be a bit unsettling in the mornings and evenings.
