The rooms are poorly designed and completely lack soundproofing—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to relax. When I raised concerns about loud noises coming from the room above, the staff dismissed it as my imagination rather than addressing the issue. Their attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting guests or ensuring a pleasant experience.
To make matters worse, even though I paid a premium price, basic amenities were strictly controlled, which felt unreasonable for the cost. Given the service, the lack of comfort, and the overall poor management, I cannot recommend this place anymore. It has significantly declined in quality over the years, and I regret choosing to stay here.
