・朝食時以外はかなりプライベートが守られており、本当に自分の自宅のように使うことができる
・部屋ごとに鍵もあるので安心
・到着時や朝食時におすすめの便利なアプリやお店、名所など個々人の好みに合わせて提案してくださる
・駅が近い
・velib(シェアバイク)のステーションが近い
・共用の階段や室内のインテリアが可愛い
・リネンも毎日変えてくれる

・マレ地区には近いもののメインの観光地からは少し距離がある

Idéalement situé près du métro, Claire nous accueille à chaque fois de manière impeccable (c'est mon troisième Séjour). Les chambres sont confortables, mais c'est surtout Claire qui fait la différence : toujours souriante, son accueil est au top, ses petits déjeuners maisons toujours délicieux (j'ai un souvenir de madeleines à la framboises les amis...), des conseils pour des idées de balades ou de sorties, des bons plans pour les restos du quartier... Vivement mon prochain déplacement à Paris !

Dieses kleine Bed & Breakfast ist wirklich ein Traum: Ruhig, charmant, und so geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dass ich ernsthaft überlegt habe, meine Wohnung umzudekorieren (und Claire direkt als Innenarchitektin zu buchen).
Claire, die Besitzerin, ist einfach großartig – herzlich, aufmerksam und immer da, wenn man etwas braucht. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, sie hat heimlich eine Ausbildung zur Gastgeberin des Jahres gemacht.
Der Service? Top. Frühstück? Ein Gedicht. Atmosphäre? Wie bei guten Freunden.
Kurz: Dieses B&B ist ein Schatzkästchen mit Herz. Wer nicht kommt, verpasst was.

Ce fut un grand plaisir de séjourner chez Pépé Merle lors de notre séjour à Paris.
Nous nous sentions à l'aise, "comme chez nous" dans ces chambres d'hôte. Les lits sont confortables, les petits déjeuners délicieux et variés. L'hôte donne plein de bons conseils pour les choses à faire à Paris et elle est une source intarissable pour l'histoire de Paris.
L'emplacement du logement est proche du cimetière Père Lachaise et très proche des stations de métro et des bus. Dans la rue elle-même, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire de petits achats oo pour manger ou boire quelques chose le soir.
Lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris, nous espérons qu'il aura une chambre libre chez Pépé Merle!

So many wonderful things to say about our stay here in Paris! Claire was an exceptional host and made us feel at home. She made a different, delicious breakfast every morning. I would come back again just to eat here! The accomodations were beautiful and very clean and I appreciated Claire's attention to every detail. The location is close to a metro and anything you could possibly want or need. We can't wait to return.

Such a lovely stay with a wonderful and welcoming host. |Claire has lots of tips and knowledge.of all things Paris and was very happy to share. And also very accommodating as I speak very little French and therefore spoke in English. That was really appreciated. Thank you!!|Chez Pepe Merle is around a 20 minute walk to Paris Gare du Nord train station for Eurostar and train travel. 5 minutes from the amazing Pere Lachaise cemetery and has excellent links via metro and bus, to anywhere in the city and beyond. |I walked a route to the Eiffel tower that was recommended by Claire which took me past Notre Dame, The Louvre, through Tuileries gardens to Cleopatra's needle, up the Champs Elysées and on to the magnificent L'arc du Triomphe. |There are electric city bikes to hire everywhere. Sign up to the apps before you go so that you're ready to hire them. I say this as it took me 20 minutes and it would have just been more straight forward if I'd done this earlier.| The facilities at Chez Pepe Merle were lovely and clean with a really good shower room. Great shower!! And the bed was wonderfully comfortable.|Breakfast was delicious with coffee and lovely bread, cheeses, jams and fruit salad. Just lovely!!!|There are also lots of places to eat and drink, and the food was delicious. Also, local shops open late and a couple of nice cheese and wine shops.|I don't usually do reviews but people should know about this place. And then get booked in.|I cannot recommend staying here highly enough.|Thank you again Claire for such a lovely stay.|Duncan :)

heerlijke plek om te logeren, goed gelegen vlakbij Pere Lachaise aan metrolijnen 2 en 3. Veel resto's en bars in de buurt. |Heel mooi appartement, heel knap ingericht, veel oog voor detail. Goede bedden, heel netjes! |Super ontbijt, elke dag weer helemaal anders. Meer dan voldoende keuze, voor elk wat wils. |Koffie, thee, water, fruit, koekjes ter beschikking de hele dag door. Klein keukentje waar je bordjes, glazen , frigo, etc vindt. Altijd praktisch voor een aperitief 's avonds. In de ontbijtruimte kan je ook gewoon rustig en in gezelschap zitten. |Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw die je een pak informatie geeft nog voor je er verblijft en natuurlijk ook verder tijdens je verblijf. |Kortom : aanrader!

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour Chez Pépé Merle ! Très bel accueil de la part de Claire, confort et propreté impeccables, très calme, et une très très belle décoration authentique et soignée, je me suis régalée. Une vraie chambre d'hôte chez l'habitante, comme on n'en trouve malheureusement plus beaucoup. Bravo Claire et à bientôt, j'espère. Jenny

acceuil chaleureux, petit dejeuner qui varie chaque jour (fruits frais, charcuterie, viennoiserie, fromage, choix de thes en de cafféés), un tres bon lit, une tres bonne douche, tres bel appartement tout près du cimetiere de Pere Lachaise. Près du métro avec de bonnes connections. En quelques mots : un excellent chambre d'hotes tout pres de la ville.

Gorgeous B&B in a non-touristy part of Paris with many good restaurants and cafes nearby. The linens, bed, furnishings are all top quality and the hostess managed many special requests with ease. The breakfast service had different pastries every day. Would recommend to anyone who loves Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay here while we were in Paris! The bed and breakfast is nice, clean, and cozy. The hostess Claire was welcoming and makes a wonderful breakfast. We had yogurt parfaits, baked figs, and a selection of breads, jams, and cheeses. The location is a quick walk to a metro station so it makes it easy to get around the city, and there are a few shops and cafes on the street just downstairs. The Oberkampf room was very cute, with the shower and toilet rooms just outside the bedroom. You do have to cross the common area to get to it, but the bathroom is not shared and is for private use for that room only, which is stated on the website. The bed and breakfast is up 2 flights of stairs and has a secured entry with locked doors to both the building and entry to the bnb. We were able to have our arrival and departure times accommodated and would definitely recommend this place for others to visit and stay! Merci, Claire!

A very nice, lovingly furnished B&B. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The host is very welcoming and provided us with valuable insider information so that we could experience Paris in a new and different way. Highly recommended!!

Quelle belle expérience. Enfin un endroit où l’on se sent comme chez soi. La déco est parfaite et la literie très confortable. Notre hôtesse a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaines escapades Parisiennes.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits chez Pépé Merle pour profiter du passage à la nouvelle année 2024.
La chambre était parfaite: très propre, joliment décorée et avec une literie remarquable. La salle de bains attenante, et privative dans notre cas, etait tout aussi propre et fonctionnelle avec une douche délicieuse après les longues journées à arpenter Paris à pied.
Notre hôtesse nous a servi un petit déjeuner à base de produits frais, locaux et typiques et qui changeait chaque matin, hormis le plateau de fromage très gourmand.
Ses précieux conseils et sa culture nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour en orientant nos visites.
Je recommande sans retenue !

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits chez Pépé Merle. Claire, la propriétaire des lieux, est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Chambres confortables (nous avions les deux chambres communicantes avec douche et WC séparé sur le palier). Sympathique et copieux petit déjeuner avec confitures, fromages, fruits, jus de pomme, compote, … Attention, pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble mais pas un problème pour nous. L’immeuble est situé à proximité du métro Père Lachaise, ce qui est un plus pour se déplacer vers le centre. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité (notamment dans la rue Saint-Maur). Possibilité de louer un parking sécurisé sous l’immeuble, ce que nous avons fait car nous étions en voiture.

This was my third time visiting Paris, and the first time in a bed & breakfast style accommodation which is perfect for those who want to experience Paris a bit more like a local. Claire, the owner, was such a wonderful host and made me feel at home and well taken care of and always on hand to give tips and guidance on anything that came to mind. The location was great as everything was a stone's throw away be it a cafe, restaurant, grocery store, metro stop, etc. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and a great place to retire to each evening. Breakfast each morning was an elaborate spread of various local specialties such as breads, pastries, fruit, cheeses, etc. Meeting some of the other guests during breakfast time was so nice as I always love hearing about other's experiences as well as sharing my own, and a great way of finding out about interesting places to visit that may not be on your radar. It was sad to have to leave at the end of my 4 night stay. I would 100% stay here again the next time I visit!

Super séjour à l'occasion du match d' ouverture de la Coupe du monde de rugby. Chambre joliment décorée, spacieuse et très propre! Un très bel accueil de Claire qui nous a concocté de savoureux petits déjeuners ! Une adresse à retenir! Très bien située. À bientôt, les Toulousains ????
