Pulperia是南美乡村杂货铺或小酒馆的意思。这里是一家阿根廷美食餐厅。Fernando de Tomaso 先是在其他有名的餐馆干过,然后开了自己的餐馆。他的合伙人Rachid Mezziani让餐厅焕发青春,同时没有改变小酒馆的灵魂。这个男孩出生在阿根廷潘帕斯草原,知道自己想干什么:做创造性的市场美食,融合其老家与东道国的风味。anticucho(腌牛心),鸡油菌和新鲜的香草是一个惊人的前菜,美味又清淡。小牛腿肉坚果,绿芦笋和鹅肝酱是应该继续下去融合。甜点,覆盆子奶油冰淇淋香草法式千层酥不是真正的阿根廷甜食,但是非常好吃。酒窖主要是法国和阿根廷葡萄酒。

I did not like at all the oyster entree, where you totally lose the oyster taste and you almost only taste the other mousses and gels. Also, I thought that everything that is on a plate should be eatable, this is clearly not the case for the salt bed below the oyster.
The lamb main dish is very good, as well as the small soup in between the entree and main dish, but honestly not an explosion of flavours that I would expect from a Michelin restaurant.
Then, they should specify that the (terrible) coffee before the mini-viennoiserie is not free (but 5€), as it is wasted money (if u are used to a good espresso). Finally, also the still water is added to the menu cost, although is not from a sealed bottle and I did not "taste" the difference with the usual tap water I get for free at the other (maybe not Michelin starred) restaurants.
P.s.: the vegetarian version of the menu for one of our friend would have deserved even one less star...
