This 11th arrondissement pizzeria is a vibe, a sleek little haven of bobo cool where the pizzas—crisp-edged, sauce singing with just enough bite—hit all the right spots. The place buzzes, a kaleidoscope of chatter and clinking glasses, not too loud, just alive. Servers glide through, all charm and quick grins, like they’re in on some secret you want to know. It’s the kind of spot you’d linger in, seduced by the glow. But then the bill comes, and the card reader’s got this sly American tip prompt, percentages winking up at you like a con artist’s pitch. In France, where service is woven into the price, it’s a subtle scam, a flicker of betrayal that leaves you feeling played, even as you’re still half-charmed by the place.

Je suis une habituée de Louie Louie, j’adore vraiment vos pizzas mais je viens d’en commander 2 en livraison et elles n’étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur de celles du restaurant. Pâte très sèche, quasiment aucune sauce tomate ni fromage…je reviendrai au restaurant mais je ne commanderai plus jamais en livraison. Dommage…

Extremely good pizza (honey and ricotta especially), one of the best we've ever tried, including Italy. The aperol spritz is also very good. We will definitely come back (please don't list on the board calzone as day's special pizza, it's a bit confusing????)
