在去往河内和越南北部的路上，起飞之前记得来这家小餐馆尝尝鲜。好客的餐馆是改良的殖民主义时代的风格。顾客也都相当时髦。开放式的厨房对着餐厅，散发出美味。越南北部的特色菜：传统的猪肉馅蒸饺、汤类包括珊瑚汤有虾仁和咸猪肉、包子、焦糖鸡肉、大沙拉。 甜点，店制巧克力熔岩蛋糕非常好。菜量很大、价格低廉。Paris-Hanoï（巴黎－河内）餐馆的老板Mido、Jean Phi和Hando是三兄弟，他们在Mont-Louis大街上还有一家餐馆Little Hanoï（小河内），举办烹饪课程。学员先按着菜谱学习做菜，然后再品尝。餐馆不接受预定，要想带走汤，需要自己带器皿。

I ordered the spring roll and lemongrass chicken . The spring roll is okay .
The lemongrass chicken comes with a big plate . The chicken does not seems fresh and no taste. There are a lot of oil in the dish .
If you like large portion of food, this place is not bad. The quality is questionable.
I tried the bathroom and it is so old and dirty. I am glad I did not go to the bathroom before the food . Or else , I will lose my appetite

Nourriture pas chère et bien servie mais assez insipide (il y a quelques années, c'était très bon). J'ai gouté un poulet au curry qui n'avait aucun gout, mon amie une soupe pho qui apparemment était insipide également. Le lieu est sympa, autrement.

Great Vietnamese restaurant, full of locals. Great quality and fair prices for huge dishes. Love the beef noodles and shrimp bobun ❤️ lovely staff and cozy ambiance. Perfect in couple or with friends.
