Un lieu très sympa, une vraie découverte des fromages et leur accords avec les vins. Et surtout une animatrice exceptionnelle : Merci Agathe !!!

On a fait l’atelier de fabrication de fromages (mozzarella, ricotta et beurre) avec Agathe et on a passé un moment aussi sympa qu’instructif : Agathe, qui a su mettre tout de suite une ambiance chaleureuse, nous a guidés avec bienveillance, tout en ponctuant l’atelier d’informations très éclairantes sur les fromages et leur fabrication. La dégustation à la fin valait vraiment le détour, de même que les produits que nous avons fabriqués avec elle - notre propre beurre sur les tartines ce matin, quel régal! Nous recommandons vivement.

My wife and I went to Paris and Nice on our honeymoon and the tour hosted by this shop was for sure one of the highlights of our trip! We arrived to the shop and were greeted by Pierre, who mentioned that his coworker who was actually going to lead our tour had something come up and actually tried to contact us to reschedule. We mentioned we didn't receive anything so Pierre happily got everything together to lead the tasting himself and even rescheduled a meeting he had to accommodate us.

The tasting itself was exceptional and Pierre was super knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions we had. His general upbeat demeanor also contributed to a very enjoyable time. I cannot recommend this experience enough to anyone even the slightest bit interested in cheese!

We joined a wine and cheese tasting experience that was recommended to us by a traveler we met in London. Agatha was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned so much and had a wonderful time. We will think of her anytime we eat Comté!
