Great class with great explanations. For a lonhg long time I hven't came accross such a knowledgable and charming teacher. If you are into cheeses and wines, don't miss it!

We attended a wine and cheese pairing at this adorable fromagerie and it ended up being our favorite part of an event packed 3 day trip!

Pierre is so passionate about his craft and does a wonderful job explaining the process, flavors, regions etc.

If you want to rest your feet in between walking, try some amazing local cheese and wine, learn about the process and spend a few hours with a warm, lovely staff book this experience!

The cheese was so delicious and the pairings were genuinely magical. I would say it’s pretty pricey but I don’t even care because that’s how amazing everything tasted.
