Le cours de pâté en croûte animé par Sylvain est vraiment très intéressant. Après un accueil autour de deux plateaux de leurs spécialités en charcuterie et une bonne bouteille de vin, au cours duquel Sylvain nous a expliqué leur philosophie de travail, nous avons réalisé un magnifique pâté en croûte. Ambiance très conviviale et sympathique entre les participants. Un grand merci à Sylvain qui nous a fait partager sa passion.

Stayed right near this shop on our recent visit and bought burgers with the buns and all the toppings. They told me how to cook the burgers and they were incredible. Came another day for bacon and loved it!
