Bon accueil, Chambre supérieure grande chambre, plusieurs boissons d'accueil froides et chaudes, produits de toilette NUXE. Coffre fort, frigo. Situé près de la gare de l'est.

Hôtel parfait pour le prix, chambre moderne et propre, personnel attentionné, bien dormi sans bruit et petit déjeuner dans une belle cave voûté avec de bon produits.

We had a wonderful time here at Hôtel Mercure Paris Gare de l'Est Magenta. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Thank you for the best time!

I was very taken back upon arrival because this is listed as a 4 star
hotel. The room was so unbelievably tiny along with there being other peoples hairs all over the “ clean sheets “ I had to ask for another pair to switch. The area was great because it was closer to the metro stop but also very loud. The shower glass didn’t shut all the way and it was really hard to keep water off the floor. I was asked multiple times at check out if we got breakfast during our stay which we didn’t and I thought that was weird. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel.

Medicare. Room smelt stale. Bathroom even staler. Some of the towels weren’t clean. Better breakfast than expected though. And staff very friendly and helpful

Ottima la posizione dato le due se stazioni vicine , la coalizione buona ma molto cara se non compresa nel soggiorno, 36 euro di colazione sembra eccessiva quando in ascensore ci scrivono 8 euro cosa che non ho capito.. personale ottimo.. vale la pena solo per la posizione secondo me....

Matelas à ressort très inconfortable dur et semblait bien fatigué…
Le pire c est le bruit de l ascenseur collé à la chambre , bruit strident , nuit très mauvaise
Bruits de travaux dés 7h15 de l immeuble voisin
On a demandé à changer de chambre pour la nuit prochaine , et pas de chance non plus, la seconde chambre était juste au dessus de la porte d entrée de la réception, bruit de la porte quasi incessant , matelas idem et chambre encore plus petite…
Isolations des chambres très insuffisantes intérieur et extérieur.
Petits dej dans la norme d un 3*
Bref rien à voir avec un standard attendu de mercure , on en est loin très loin …
Heureusement que le personnel est sympathique.
