Bad service at the front desk. The lift is broken when we got there, we asked to store our luggage in the front desk but they told us it was full but we see there’s plenty of space available. They told us to take our big heavy luggages to the 5th floor, my parents are old!
We arrived at the check in time, our room isn’t available yet. They told us to wait at the 5th floor with our luggages without giving us the room key. I had to go down the stairs again to take the key. And we still have to wait.
The room is mid, the heater isn't warm. Not recommended for the range of price.

It was just bad. The mattress was really unconfortable, the pillows were terrible, the bathroom had a burnt hair drier, the shower tiles were mouldy. The window was shockingly dirty and there was a weird smell. They say the room had a view, but I can assure you it came also with an audio..it's impossible to sleep,the noise from the street is too loud.
Breakfast price not worthed.
I regret having saved money and booking this hotel, because it was our last night in France and it wasn't pleasant.
This said, staff were nice and helpful, and the location is great if you travel to/ from Gare Du Nord. The metro is literally in front of the hotel.
Though this also means that the area isn't the safest and nicest.

Très mauvaise experience avec un prix exorbitant pour une chambre au 6ème étage, sale et qui ressemblait plus à une chambre de bonne qu'à une chambre d'hotel.
