Hotel de qualité Ibis / Ibis inférieur, ne vaut pas son prix, Lit tout de même de qualité, lumière des couloirs qui éclaire les chambres, sdb assez mauvaise qualité, faible isolation sonore

I have stayed here a couple of times now due to price and location and, whilst it isn't a standout hotel in Paris, it more than serves its purpose for what is required.
I see some reviewers have made complaints but I don't feel a lot of these are deserving. To be honest, I have found the rooms I stayed in to be clean, well maintained and comfortable.
Being a solo traveller for both stays, I was just happy to have a nice room to put my head down in at the end of the night.
It's a short walk from the main train station and there are metro stops nearby as well. The location is also a short walk from some of the main sights of Paris. There is also a supermarket nearby and some nice looking cafes within a two to three minute walk if you like your coffee and such.
The staff were always great to me and I will probably be looking for availability here when I am next in Paris.

Rooms were filthy and had think dust on my phone and other items when I woke up. Uncomfortable bed and had animal hair on it. Used to do housekeeping and it’s incredible how bad your people do. They deserve a medal.

Our room consists of 1 main bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 separate room with a twin bed. Both rooms have small balcony. I can see people enjoying these during nice days. The smaller room light switch was not working but lamps did. The washroom was spacious, hand soap and body wash were provided. There is also a table and chair, cabinet to hang your coat. We didn’t know how to change temperature (I didn’t find switch) but the heater was hot. I don’t think there is air conditioning, thus fan is provided. Room was clean, no dust, nice laminate flooring. There were a lot of boulangerie nearby and that’s what I did in the morning.
Using Uber, from Orly Airport to this hotel it was €37. From this hotel to CDG €40. The front desk was offering a shuttle which if I book would cost me €60 (for 3 people)
You will also have to pay City Tax €11.06 for 1 night (2 adults, 1 teen)
CON: No light on the sign outside so very hard to see at night. If balcony is open, it can be quite noisy.
Also be aware of the bicycle lane in front of the hotel - these cyclists are crazy and cycle very fast
