Very convenient hotel located 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord station and 2 minute walk to Gare de l'Est. Clean, tidy, decent family room size, friendly service and a basic breakfast. We received a nice welcome pack with drinks, cake bars and slippers. The only strange thing was, every time the room above flushed the toilet, we could here water running down, almost like it was in the room. Unfortunately the heating doesn't work either. Receptionist lady was very helpful ????

J'ai été menacé par téléphone de porter plainte contre moi pour diffamation. Donc je n'en dirait pas plus. A vous de voir si vous prenez le risque de réserver une chambre dans cet établissement. Mon avis, et cela ne concerne que moi, jamais de la vie je réserverai à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Suite au partage d'un avis négatif, j'ai été menacé par la réceptionniste de porter plainte pour diffamation. J'ai donc retiré l'avis et vous laisse décider si vous souhaitez réserver une chambre dans cet établissement. Ceci ne reflète que mon avis tirée de ma propre expérience vécue le 04 Mai 2025.

The room was sooooooo small, very unhappy with the lack of space. ||The breakfast was soooooooo disappointing. The food options were very limited and the limited quantity. Pastries were not replenished. ||The location was great, this is only plus of this hotel.||Eurostar is minutes away and the metro 90 seconds away.
