Positive: The front desk staff is very helpful. He told us where to go when the train station was closed the next day.The cafe across the street recommended by him is so good and the customer service is perfect. Room is very clean. Location is perfect. Negative: ""

Rooms are good. However some staff are very rude. However no facilities in the room. Not even coffee or tea available.

Hotel che trasmette calore e tranquillità. Non lo cambierei con nessun altro a Parigi anche perché collocato in ottima posizione con metro a pochi passi. La colazione ottima e abbondante. La camera pulitissima e personale cordiale. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Very clean hotel and location is very nice, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Very close to Arc de Triumph and other attractions.

David, the morning receptionist is very helpful and accommodating.

I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Paris.
