الفندق خيال وهادئ جدا والموظفين كلهم خدومين ودايما يبتسمون لك صحيح انه اشوي غالي إذا جينا نحسبها لمساحة الغرف مش كبيره واجد و سط بس يستاهل كل غرفه تقريبا لها شباك كبير مثل البكونه خدمه الغرف ماعندهم إلا نوع او نوعين من الاكل لا تعتمد عليهم خذ عشاك وارجع ????

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in an exceptional location close to a few train stations and major attractions. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely book the junior suite as its very large compared to other European hotel rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious!

Excellent choice for family who love quiet and peaceful stay hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly specially receptions ladies and gentlemen Dominiq & Karim at the concierge
Certainly I would recommend the hotel to friends, finally I would mention that I requested late check out and I was granted 1:30 hour for one of the two rooms that I was staying in

فندق اربع نجوم رائع جدا لقربه من شارع الشانز ولكن سعره مبالغ فيه خصوصا اني سافرت في فصل الشتاء

Amei a estadia aqui. E o melhor é que o café da manhã vai até 1pm. Fica em frente ao metrô. Recomendo muito!

الفندق جميل وهادي وموقعه مميز وقريب من الشانزليزيه وقوس النصر وغيرها من الأماكن الجميلة تجربه تستحق الاعادة
بس فيه نقطه بسيط الخدمة عندهم شوي بطيئة
الموظفين جميعهم محترمين وخصوصا موظف اتوقع اسمه مايكل كبير في السن قمة بالاحترام والاخلاق

The hotel is 2 minute walk from the metro. Safe area, you can walk to many places. Staff are extremely helpful. The lobby has nice spaces to sit in. We didn't eat breakfast there - 25 euros seemed too much. Paris bedrooms are tiny so we stayed in a Privilage room it looked out onto an internal courtyard, I wish I'd paid for a balcony. No restaurant and we didn't use the bar.

nous avons trouvé l'employée de la réception vraiment désagréable car elle n'a pas fait le moindre effort pour nous comprendre, en fait elle nous a dit strictement PAS D'ITALIEN. Nous voyageons beaucoup à l’étranger, mais quelque chose comme ça ne nous est jamais arrivé ! De plus, si je demande un service pour faciliter mon séjour et mon départ, j'estime qu'il doit m'être accordé. Cependant, si vous ne voulez pas d'Italiens, écrivez-le sur le site au moins on ne vous dérangera plus..
