When arriving into France, I came directly to the hotel so that I could check in. Upon my check-in, the person at the front desk started laughing about the size of my room. I assume it’s given because I’m 59 and I’m with my son who is 6 foot tall. But at the time he didn’t tell me that the room was as small as it was. It’s probably a 10 x 10 so definitely super cozy for us. The hotel left several things out that I have had to figure out while staying here. One being that construction is going on in the hotel and it starts at 8:30 in the morning. I was placed on the sixth floor so the construction is directly above me, and I am being awoken by hammering and things dropping all over the ceiling. The second thing is that they failed to tell me that the heat was broken so it’s now been two days. I’m here the third day and still do not have heat. Here in Paris it’s about 40°. So, yeah a little chilly. so I would not suggest staying here unless you absolutely had to. There are several hotels around this hotel that you could probably stay at that would be better. Also, I reserve this trip through a travel agency called Trimas and they put me in this hotel so I’m also speaking to them about the quality of hotels that they’re choosing for their all inclusive packages because I paid a pretty penny for this package to get a room like this.

Très mal reçu par le réceptionniste. Je voulais une chambre pour quelques heures parce que je suis coincée à la gare du nord car pas de train. J'ai fait plus de 12h00 de garde de nuit depuis hier soir et je ne peux pas rentrée chez moi. Je n'ai pas dormi et je dois reprendre ma garde cette nuit. Ce monsieur a été sec et très discourtois. J'avais déjà pris une chambre dans cette hôtel et je regrette d'y avoir déjà dépensé mon argent.

Albergo situato a brevissima distanza dalla Gare du Nord ed estremamente comodo per accedere alla rete ferroviaria e metropolitana della città.
Camera singola, accogliente, confortevole e pulita e personale disponibile e professionale.
La colazione è di ottimo livello sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per la varietà della scelta.
Considererò questo albergo per i miei prossimi viaggi a Parigi.
