English-speaking and attentive staff, clean, good location. Coffee pot in room, newspapers in lobby, 24/7 attendance, small grocery across street.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but that's what you can expect in this area. The location was perfect to be able to walk around Paris, and the staff was quite friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and colors were vibrant. The bathroom was clearly renovated and was a huge plus. Considering the location, this room (facing out to the street) was very quiet. The staff was helpful and arranged transport to the airport, and were always available. The gardens and Lourve were right around the corner, which was a nice plus.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Parigi 3 giorni su questo Hotel , situato nel bel mezzo dei 4 principali luoghi da visitare ( a piedi Louvre a 5 min , Champs Elysées 30 min, Tour Eiffel 40, Notre dame 40)quindi anche senza prendere la metro e’ molto comodo.Per quanto riguarda l’hotel abbiamo trovato il personale della hall che ci ha seguito molto cordiali nessuno escluso ,ma vogliamo ringraziare in particolare modo il ragazzo che era in servizio dalla mattina del giorno 08/04/25 e la ragazza che era in servizio il pomeriggio del 09/04/25 ,per i quali mi scuso di non aver colto i nomi ,che parlavano molto bene in Italiano e che ci sono stati di grande aiuto vista la nostra difficoltà con la lingua Francese.Tutto il personale altamente qualificato dalla ragazza che faceva servizio al Breakfast e anche al personale notturno e infine e per noi molto importante la pulizia della stanza impeccabile .Colazione a Buffet molto ricca con prodotti di qualità.Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare in questo Hotel.Leonardo e Rossana.

This hotel is a little gem. The location is as good as it gets in fashionable Rue Saint Honore. Service is extraordinary, attemptive, polite. Our room was tiny, if you are a bit claustrophobic choose a large room. Overall highly recommended.

Great location, very professional staffs try their best to accommodate you 24/7. They speak english. Hotel is little outdated, but it was a charming point to me. Building has an elevator. Lovely rooms for couples.

We spent five nights here over New Year’s with our 10 and 12 year olds. Location was perfect for children because we were close to everything! Rooms are small so we got two of them. Everything was delightful and the staff made a point to learn our names as soon as we arrived. They went out of their way to be helpful every time they saw us. It was like having a little home in Paris. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Jérome greeted us when we arrived and he and his colleagues proved to be hospitable and kind the entire stay. The hotel is in the perfect location in the city (especially if you like shopping), and the rooms are exactly what you need if you’re spending most of your day out and about in Paris: clean, practical, and quiet.

Le Relais St. Honore has a wonderful staff who made our 8 night stay in the beautiful city of Paris one to remember! They were so attentive, friendly and helpful. Their assistance began even before we arrived! They helped make reservations and answered email/questions so quickly. The room we stayed in was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. The location (just one street north of the Rue du Rivoli) made it easy to get anywhere in the city. There are also lots of lovely restaurants nearby. But the best part of our stay was truly the staff. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredible!

Stayed for 4 nights. All of the staff is delightful and eager to assist with anything. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken for the first couple of days, but the staff was apologetic beyond necessity and refused to let us carry our own bags (we were on the top floor). The hotel is very nicely appointed. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and only 1-2€ more than what we found nearby. Two disappointments; the shower head leaked and sprayed all over the place and did not provide an enjoyable shower. Also, we ordered room service for dinner on our last night. Despite the nice presentation, the food was probably the worst we had while in Paris. With so many amazing options nearby, we regretted being too lazy to venture out.

The location is exceptional, with quick access to the Louvre, the Opera, Musee D’Orsay, On/Off Bus stops, etc. We had, I believe, one of the smaller rooms, but it was quite comfortable and very clean

We spent a long time researching hotels in Paris, so so glad we stayed here! Great location, we walked almost everywhere but it was also very easy to get an Uber or taxi. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and there's a small market across the street. The room was perfect size for two adults and our 2 almost 3 y/o. The staff....amazing! They were so nice and on top of everything. The breakfast we only went to on our last morning but wished we would have gone the other mornings because it was very good. The only downside is the elevator is small, but at least they had one! We would 100% stay here again.

Super courteous and helpful staff; spacious, clean suite; delicious in room breakfast and great location - within steps of the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, Tuileries Garden, the Champs-Élysées… Our family of 4 adults stayed in a 2 level suite on the 5th floor that was exceptionally spacious with lots of storage and a surprise 3rd bathroom on the upper level! There is a great market directly across the street from the hotel, and a pharmacy and excellent restaurants, like La Corte, Angelina and Au Bistro, just steps away. We would especially like to thank the staff including Jerome and the concierge who helped us get a taxi to the airport when the roads were closed due to a run. She went so far as to walk blocks, helping us with our luggage to get to our waiting taxi. It was a pleasure staying here and we highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

After much research, I decided on this Hotel for the location and the family room option, we wanted somewhere nice in the centre that also had space for the 4 of us to chill out. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was great and separate space for the girls with their own beds upstairs was ideal. We were in room 500(5th floor) the family suite - it was very nice and the location is excellent. We didn't have breakfast as the teenagers didn't get up in time. but lots of nice boulangeries in the area that I used and brought back to the room. We were not looking for a cheap option, but thought this was worth it and would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly too.

Hôtel très confortable et très calme (nous étions au 5e étage). Personnel très sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix vue la situation exceptionnelle de cet établissement. La salle de petit déjeuner est vraiment sympa dans une salle voûtée au sous-sol.

This is one of the most disappointing hotels we have had the displeasure of staying at. First, our paperwork, the internet, and the sign on the hotel's window say check-in is at 2 pm. We arrived at 1 pm knowing that it was possible that the room wasn't going to be ready. So the staff offered to hold our luggage while we went to find something to eat. When we returned at 2:15 pm, the gentleman at the desk said the room wasn't ready and then argued that check-in was at 3 pm after the manager had told us it was 2 pm. When we finally received our room and went up to our room we noticed the room was very old and rundown looking, the walls were an ugly green colour, and the bedspread was torn. The final straw was that there was no air conditioning in the room. We specifically chose this hotel because they advertised that they have air conditioning. When we notified the front desk we were told that this was June in Paris and it was warm so the room would be warm. The manager offered to bring us fans to the room. This was unacceptable. We eventually had to decide to leave the hotel as the room was too uncomfortable. The manager and the staff are extremely rude and not very helpful.

We celebrated our granddaughter 16th birthday in Paris. Everything was perfect, except maybe the cold and wet November weather. The staff were all so friendly, the location was perfect. The memories are priceless. We highly recommend this hotel, Best, Terry deWaal

非常好的一間洒店，房間好清潔舒服，我們一下車服務員就走出來幫忙拎行李，又清楚介紹酒店的服務，住的其間又幫忙叫車，早餐又好食.
而且附近有很多名店，唯一要小心的是這邊街比較多賊，因為多名店的関係，所以無論如何財不可露眼，手袋加多個扣比較安全. 手機也要小心.
但洗衫收費比較貴

Forse il migliore hotel dove abbia mai soggiornato a Parigi. L'hotel é molto curato. Belle e comode le camere. Il servizio é ottimo e lo staff sempre incredibilmente disponibile. La zone infine é perfetta per visitare Parigi, in una delle vie più belle

Lovely hotel within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. We stayed in Executive Suite 001 on the first floor. While we were a little worried being on the ground level, our worries were quickly put to rest. The Suite was very quiet with automated room darkening blinds and curtains. Comfortable beds and a nice sitting area in our Suite. AMPLE storage space for clothing with beautiful LED lighting. Clean, modern bathrooms with hair dryers that actually work! The staff were all very kind and friendly. We highly recommend Le Relais Saint-Honoré and will definitely stay again in our future trips to Paris.

My teenage son and I stayed in a twin superior room with breakfast. The location was unbeatable. Walking distance to Louvre, Angelina Cafe, Granite (Michelin star restaurant). Reasonable rates. Room was efficient and made good use of the space. Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a driver to take us to the airport at 6 am. The only issue we had was the stylish shower that did not have a full door so water would overflow a bit and spill over to the floor. It didn't bother us though, we were in Paris and loving every minute! Highly recommend and would stay there again.
