La habitación si bien es chica para nosotros estuvo perfecta para unos pocos días. El servicio y los recepcionistas maravillosos, súper amables. Nos cobraron una tasa de 8,25 por persona por noche por los juegos olímpicos, cosa que no nos esperábamos y no nos avisaron (y los juegos olímpicos son en verano…) Si bien está ubicado en un lugar con mucha noche, nosotros estábamos en el piso 4 y no se escuchaba el afuera. Un poco si el ruido de las otras habitaciones (si habían café, secador de pelo, etc) aunque no fue suuuper molesto. Estuvo bien :)

Clean rooms. Ridiculous lighting system. Best way to turn off lights is to remove bulbs. Unpleasant late night checking in.

My stay at Aulivia Opera made me appreciate a bit more all the other 4 star hotels I've stayed in, but I want to start with the positives. To start, the front desk/concierge was very nice, friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable but very very soft - so not for everyone -, and the towels and toiletries were nice. Now the bad things: My room had a shared door with another room and the wall was probably very thin because we could hear them a lot and anytime they did something on the wall (maybe plugging/unplugging chargers) we could hear it. The lights malfunctioned when turning them off. The top shower was very bad, and the handheld was not great. You can hear the street a lot because of the bathroom window, but it's mostly ok. The bathroom has a small humidity problem because it's starting to get mold and the door was damaged from the humidity. And the air conditioning was noisy. All and all an ok stay and good sleep, but I really did not enjoy the shared door and thin wall. This was not the experience I expected from a 4 star hotel, and I'd think this is an expensive 3 star one, and I only half enjoyed my stay

Merci à tous sans exception pendant ces 3 jours dans votre établissement. Accueillant, sympathique, jamais avare d un renseignement jour comme nuit. Calme, propreté irréprochable .

Hinta/laatusuhde tosi hyvä. Sijainti yllätti todella positiviisesti, alueella on hyviä ja edullisia ravintoloita sekä kahviloita. Palvelu todella hyvää ja hotellissa mietitty yksityiskohtia. Huoneet perushyviä, aamupala jopa yllätyksellisen hyvä! Kokonaisuudessaan tosi positiivinen kokemus.

Hotel en una muy buena zona, el personal del hotel muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden.
No le pongo 5 estrellas porque al llegar allí tuvimos un pequeño problema de que no habían apuntado nuestra reserva en el ordenador y fue un pequeño susto pero por lo demás todo genial.
Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero tienen todo lo que necesitas, las camas muy cómodas. Hay gente que se queja del ruido pero nosotros personalmente no escuchamos nada, puede ser porque estábamos en la última planta.
Podías coger una botella de agua de recepción y cuches totalmente gratis, es un detalle que se agradece mucho.

Personale gentilissimo. Stanze pulite e curate nei minimi dettagli. Bagno spazioso. Stanza un po’ piccola ma adatta per due persone e ben organizzata. Metro super vicina, buona la posizione (bar, farmacie, pasticcerie, supermercati in zona).

Point positif : accueil excellent, bar à bonbon à l’entrée, chambre bien équipée, literie tres confortable, hôtel bien placé.
Points négatif : salle de bain exiguë et les chambres sont tres mal insonorisé.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour, cependant vu la taille des chambres cela ne mérite pas d’être un hôtel 4 étoile
