We had a fantastic experience with the hotel. Staff were so incredible and so responsive! We traveled with 2 young kids and got the adjacent rooms - please note these are 2 separate rooms, not adjoining. Location is amazing, close to everything one needs. We got croissants and baguettes every morning at the nearby bakeries. We walked to Notre Dame (around 25 minutes), Louvre (35 minutes) and took the metro everywhere. The metro stops are a few minutes away and many different lines are available. We also took the metro from the airport (CDG) to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Très bon séjour ! Je m’y suis rendue pour un séminaire professionnel et je ne suis pas déçue , je reviendrai ???? L’accueil est top , la déco de l’entrée est hyper stylé,on se sent comme à la maison ✨

Ottima posizione. Camera ultimo piano silenziosa e spaziosa (per Parigi). Colazione nella norma. Personale gentile. Prezzo ottimo sul sito ufficiale. Molto bene

I made a reservation in early January for August (via booking.com with free cancellation). I used my credit card for overseas purchases that I hardly ever use. They changed my card for the full amount. 2 days later a fraudulent charge was made to my card, which I now think is suspicious timing. (The card was cancelled and reissued.) A few weeks later I cancelled my reservation, but they did not refund my money. It should never have even been a refund, they should not have charged my card 8 months before the stay. For 3 weeks I have been emailing and calling them, there is always an excuse for 1. why they did not contact me with a problem and 2. why I have not yet received a refund. I have given them multiple ways to refund my money but I’m worried that I will never see it. This place is dodgy, beware.
