Posizione non delle migliori. La sera è pericoloso. Davanti all'hotel ci sono sempre dei personaggi poco raccomandabili. Camere molto piccole. Sensazione di sicurezza generale poco presente.

A friend and I recently visited Paris for a short break and decided to stay here due to the central location and relative price.
As we were on the top floor, the room was relatively quiet (as the lift was not coming up so frequently) and I had the fortune of having a room round the back so I wasn't being disturbed by street noise. But as the building is quite old, I would sometimes get disturbed by people coming back late who would be staying in a near by room.
The room was clean and the local area has a lot of restaurants and other essential shops in walking distance so that was certainly helpful.
It was perhaps a little more expensive than I would've hoped but essentially that is Paris for you.
I would consider staying here again if I came back to Paris.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Maybe the elevator is very small, but I think the reason is because it is an old building. In general it was an amazing experience. The metro station Gare De L'est is literally 20 meters away the front door and nearby has everything that we need as tourist, a lot of options of food, touristcs points, restaurants, bus stop, stores, church. I've been there in the winter and what I have to say about the room is that the heater and the shower was working well. There's a good bed and everything was clean and taken care of.

Notre chambre donnait "côté cour", donc pas de bruit du tout. Chambre et salle de bain propres, bonne literie. Personnel serviable et aimable. Petit-déjeuner correct pour le prix ( manque de fruits).
