Incredible staff that went above and beyond to help mail back a lost item. Couldn't recommend this enough.

Definitely do NOT recommend this hotel. First of all, the security problem. There was one day when we were still in the hotel room at four o'clock in the afternoon, and suddenly a staff knocked on the door and asked if anyone was inside. When we opened the door, we found that she was not a cleaning staff, and as soon as we opened the door, she hid on the stairs and explained that she was just checking the rooms and then left abruptly. Check what? Check if there were people in this room or not around this time? This behaviour is very suspicious. She might be checking if anyone was inside and then unlocked the door herself. We did meet the ‘real’ cleaning staff one day, and her attitude was very indifferent and rude. Secondly, this hotel is super shabby. When I checked in, I wondered if this hotel was more than 100 years old, but I found out that it was built in 198x. Thirdly, the sound insulation is super poor. Fourthly, the area nearby is not safe.
非常不建議這家酒店。首先有一天我們下午四點仍然在酒店，突然有女服務員敲門問有沒有人在裡面，打開門後發現她不是清潔人員，而且一打開門她就躲到樓梯那邊解釋說只是在查房，查什麼房？查什麼時間這間房有人沒人？這種行為非常可疑，有可能在看有沒有人在裡面然後自己開鎖進來，有一次遇到真的清潔人員，她的態度也非常冷淡和沒禮貌。第二，這家酒店超級老舊，我入住時還在想這家酒店是不是有100多年歷史，結果一查198x年才建成。第三，隔音相當差。第四，附近治安不好。
