At night , there was no blankets available & they send me around the corner to another hotel to pick up a small electric heater & I had to return it next morning. Terrible service .
The breakfast was served in a basement of an adjacent hotel ,the elevator was not working and an old guest was coughing all over the self service simple buffet .???? I demanded a refund for my daughter’s breakfast since I knew my daughter would never have eaten there . They did refund my payment for her breakfast.
Overall , I will definitely never stay there again .
NO THX ???? not worth it .
The management needs to address & correct rapidly the seriousness of the problems .
