This was a second visit to Hotel Montalembert in 2 years. We chose this place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The entire staff was amazing. The location allowed us to walk to the Latin Quarter, the Louvre, Notre Dame . We will return next year

Great location, lovely staff, nice rooms but breakfast a complete shambles - chaotic / not great food / service super slow and all over the place...air con not working so was very hot in the room - make sure to check it works...

Hotel Montalembert has been one of our two regular Paris hotels for almost 20 years, dating back to the original Liaigre interiors. We always book the same suite, this time months in advance, but despite this we were allocated an inferior suite with a tiny bathroom with an over shower bath (which we never accept in a hotel). They had sold our regular suite and the duty manager tried to blame us for the mistake. |To make matters worse, the hotel was full of noisy package tourists travelling in a massive bus. Because of this we could not get a seat at breakfast or use the lifts coming back from dinner. |It is such a pity that the guest experience has been allowed to deteriorate to this point. The staff (other than the duty manager) are pleasant and helpful and the housekeeping is efficient.

Lovely hotel in excellent central location on Rive Gauche. Wonderful staff, clean, comfortable, stylish. Good restaurant/breakfast. Only downside was air con not working whilst weather was very hot (29deg C). Other than that excellent staff and hotel.

Incredible staff and great location in Paris. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We loved staying here!
