Upon arrival we were told the Air was not working. I suspect not working was because it wasn't turned on, if so, just say that. Every evening the temperature in our room was a stagnant 25-26 degrees which required the windows to be opened for comfort. Well, if the bar patio is below, that means inviting smoke and talking into your room until early morning hours and then when the Monoprix across the street restocks early you hear all of that as well with rolling carts coming off the trucks and down the walkway. If you advertise Air Conditioning, which you do, you have failed to meet the requirements of your implied contract with guests by not utilizing it etc.

The hotel staff is very personal and accommodating. |Everyone spoke excellent English and did their very best to try and understand my French.|We were in Paris during a taxi strike and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we had proper transportation.
