Chambre agréable. Lit confortable. Je regrette le bruit des personnes qui parlent la nuit dans le hall d accueil. Ma chambre était au rdc.

One of our two mattresses was infested with bedbugs. This can happen even in good hotels, you can simply give the customer a different room and clean the affected one. Acceptable to me if the other room was not infested.
However, I found the reaction of the lady at reception completely unacceptable when I informed her. Although I was able to show her not only numerous bites, but also a live, blood-soaked bug on the sheet, she denied everything. ‘The bites don't belong to a bedbug and bedbugs look different.’ At the same time (while she was still denying everything) she hinted that I must have brought the bugs myself. An absolute cheek!

Chambre sur le palier alors que j'avais fais la demande d'être à l'étage pour plus de calme. Chambre située juste à côté de la réception donc assez bruyant, même pendant la nuit. Sinon, hôtel propre et bien placé.

Unser Zimmer war laut Beschreibung das größte im Hotel, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgte. Wäre es kleiner gewesen, hätte es schnell beengt wirken können. Das Badezimmer überzeugte mit einer großzügigen Dusche. Allerdings waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
Einen kleinen Unterschied gab es zwischen den Bildern im Internet und der Realität – das Hotel wirkte auf den Fotos deutlich größer, besonders die Lobby erschien auf den Bildern viel weitläufiger, als sie tatsächlich war.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die fantastische Pizzeria direkt neben dem Hotel – preiswert, aber unglaublich lecker! Wer eine zentrale und erschwingliche Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
