Wunderbar, kleines, feines Hotel im außergewöhnlich interessanten Viertel Chinatown, die Seine ist in ca 30min fußläufig erreichbar inkl langer Promenade mit vielen Bars, es duftet in den Straßen schon morgens nach Pho, super angebunden durch 2 Metrolinien und auch einen Bus der zb zum berühmten Friedhof Pere-Lachaise durchfährt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber und sogar eine kleine Küchennische in den größeren Zimmern mit 2 Herdplatten, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Mikrowelle. Klimaanlage & optional einen kleinen Ventilator, Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Föhn, Balkon gibt's auch :)

Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits et nous avons été ravies de notre séjour. Les réceptionnistes sont exceptionnels, agréables, disponibles, de bon conseil. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner copieux (servi en chambre pile à l'heure demandée). je recommande !!!

It was a surprisingly great choice to book this small hotel - the location is perfect, friendly staff, very clean, all work great - WiFi, heating, air conditioning, elevator and underground parking. We didn't use the breakfast option because there are a lot of cafeterias nearby. The surroundings are really friendly even at night.

Hôtel très calme avec des chambres très propres. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner porté en chambre est très copieux. L'accueil est très cordial et professionnel. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking et de chambres de différentes tailles avec kitchenette.

Hôtel au cœur du quartier chinois, dans une rue calme, tout près du métro Maison Blanche. La chambre était propre et donnait sur une cour calme. Petit déjeuner en chambre sur demande avec des produits traditionnels (baguette, beurre, confiture, yaourts, compote, fromage à tartiner). Procédure pour les arrivées tardives appréciable. Personnel charmant. J'avais demandé à avoir 2 lits simples et j'aurai mis 5 étoiles si cette demande avait été honorée. Le reste était très bien !

Okay so this was the hardest hotel to review.
Positives first:
1. BEST mattress ever! Firm and high and so very comfortable. I slept so well and woke up with zero issues.
2. Spacious room in the heart of Paris for a low price.
3. Literally hundreds of restaurants and cafes and shops in the vicinity.
4. Heated drying rack in the bathroom was fantastic
Negatives
1. Nobody at the reception between 1 and 3 pm. Their email says you can leave your luggage for free during this time, but how do I do that when i can't even enter the hotel if i reach at 1? The main door to the hotel is locked and you need a pass code to access it.
2. There was mold near the bathtub.
3. The room was dusty and had a few cobwebs. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea or sugar.
4. The room door did not lock properly and we gave up on it. The room was also on the ground floor next to the lift and it was so noisy, so in some clear need of soundproofing.
5. Initially the room heater did not work and when we informed the receptionist, he said he feels warm so it's alright. But the room was clearly very cold and I stood my ground. Then the heater was fixed and we were warm.
6. Towels were very old and meh.
We stayed only for one night

Locație ideală de vizitat Parisul. Aproape de metrou Tolbiac, cu magazine și restaurante în zonă. Personal amabil, curățenie, se poate servi micul dejun.

Buona esperienza, monolocale pulito con angolo cottura attrezzato con l’indispensabile. Hotel in zona silenziosa, servita con la metro Tolbiac a pochi minuti. Il quartiere è pieno di ristoranti etnici di tutti i tipi e cucine. Hotel consigliato per l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Une très bonne literie , j ai dormi comme un bébé. Chambre très bien isolée . |Une chambre très fonctionnelle et propre avec un coin cuisine et petite salle de bain avec une douche . Personnel très accueillant et à l écoute |Je reviendrai à coup sûr !

If you are like me, when you visit a city such as Paris, you will spend your time seeing the sites and not sitting in your hotel. This is perfect for tourists. Not many amenities, but it's clean, comfortable, in a quiet part of town and close to the Tolbiac metro stop (5-minute walk).

Tous va plutôt bien, mais la propreté ...
La location est bonne, avec le Métro Place d'Italie pas loin.
Le dame à réception (fermée dès 20 heures) est bien aimable et parle l'anglais.
Il n'y pas de salle pour le petit déjeuner mais on peut le commander à la chambre.
Dans ma chambre il y avait un frigo, une bouillère éléctrique et un évier, donc on peut facilement se préparer quelque chose à manger.
Le grand point négatif: c'est plutôt malpropre.
Le sèche-cheveux était pâteux comme ça arrive quand on le touche après s’enduire les mains. Donc il n’avait pas été essuyé après les habitants avant moi.
Les serviettes (on n'en avait qu'une seule par personne) n'ont pas été changés pendant trois jours. Quand après le deuxième jour nous le demandions, on nous informait que l'on ne le faisait que tous les deux jours (pas mot là-dessus dans les infos dans la chambre). Mais quand nous sommes revenus le soir nous avons retrouvé nos serviettes rammassés de par terre et pliés pour feigner un échange.

Je vais dans cet appart’hotel depuis 2019 et je ne suis jamais déçue. Les logements sont propres, bien équipés (petite cuisine avec micro onde et frigo hyper pratique quand on veut manger dans la chambre). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et servi dans la chambre. La propriétaire est charmante et arrangeante. Je recommande à tous!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Leggo in tanti commenti che in molti si lamentano per l'acqua fredda nella doccia, evidentemente non hanno intenzione di risolvere perché anche noi abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema.

Très bien situé, nous avons trouvé cet hôtel très confortable : la sdb est spacieuse, la chambre est propre, le petit déjeuner servi dans ma chambre est top. De plus, nous avons été très.bien accueilli. J'y retournerai certainement à l'occasion d'un prochain séjour à Paris.

Petit hôtel bien sympathique et idéalement situé pour visiter le temps d'un weekend.

Très bon hôtel
Seul petit problème les portes des chambres font du bruit à la fermeture. La pose d'un groom se doit d'être mise en place pour le confort des résidents

Les personnes à l'accueil sont souriantes, agréables, à l'écoute et donnent de bons conseils.
Notre chambre-studio était propre, bien agencée, bien équipée et le coin cuisine est vraiment très pratique. La chambre était côté cours, donc très calme pour des nuits réparatrices. Le petit-déjeuner servi en chambre est très copieux avec des produits frais de bonne qualité.
La localisation est idéale à 2 pas de la place d'Italie, du métro et du parc Choisy très agréable.
Une très bonne expérience que nous renouvellerons sans hésiter !
