Éramos 4 e ocupamos o Loft. A localização é muito prática; a 6 min de caminhada até a Gare du Nord, muitas opções de transporte público. Quero destacar aqui o agradável desfecho de um esquecimento nosso no hotel.; no mesmo dia recebemos um e-mail relatando que no check out foi encontrado um objeto nosso no quarto e se desejávamos que guardassem. 10 dias depois, ao retornar a Paris, fomos ao Hotel e nos entregaram. Muito obrigada pela simpatia e gentileza !

Pretty below average experience here. Upon arrival we quickly realized the room was run down and not at all what the bathroom pictures advertised. Cracks in tiles, peeling paint and a strong smell of mold. Staff were quick on letting us switch rooms which was great, however, a very rude member of staff knocked on our door and started yelling at us in French after requesting to move rooms… very disappointing. On a final note the rooms are deceiving with size, they are SO small. It’s hard to move around without knocking into something, luggage is pretty much a write off. Hallways smelt so strong of mold it was hard to breathe, we found one particular staff member to be quite hostile during our stay. Not my best recommendation ever.

Locatie was prima, op wat zwervers voor de deur na op een dag.

De rest was echt een flinke afrader. Wij hebben 250€ betaald voor 1 nacht. Ons motto is altijd “als het maar schoon is”. Nou het was echt zo smerig! Overal zat schimmel en ik heb mijn moeder niet laten slapen. De badkamer zat vol, de kamer zelf.. Er was geen alternatief. Ze lieten twee (zwaar stinkende) mensen naar de kamer komen om met schoonmaakspray (voor glazen) het even op te lossen en er spul voor te hangen. Dit betreft alleen de badkamer, de kamer kon niet meer. Echt geen aanrader, wij zijn diep teleurgesteld!???? Hoe kun je gasten zo laten verblijven, niet normaal. Het uitzicht was trouwens ook niet zoals op de foto’s, we keken naar een vieze muur.

Mijn broer, niet mijn man, gaf aan dat hij het goed vond dat jullie direct hielpen, niet dat het een goede oplossing was. Er is nooit sprake geweest van drankjes terwijl we wachten….

We stayed in Hotel Lena for 2 nights, and it was above our expectations. We were welcomed wholeheartedly by the front office employees and the rooms were beautifully decorated with dark blue, white and gold. The bathroom seemed freshly renovated and was very spacious overall. The location is good, near the train stations and subway very close. A point of improvement will be the moldy spots in the bathroom, just a bit of detailed cleaning will solve this little point of attention. This did not bother our stay and we will undoubtedly come again when visiting Paris.
