The room is nice so as the view we got but the staff don't know how to handle customer my husband complained that on website it said parking but as we came here there isn't the staff said I didn't put this information you can complain online he was such an attitude even said you have further complaints go police he seems to be Indian or srilanken also refused to give us his name but just because we were tired we let go however this was disappointing

We came here from Germany and at the review you are greeted very nicely and everything is explained. They all understand English well and are totally likeable. The man named Razan was very friendly and always helped us. The room was great and clean. You feel very comfortable. The lobby and entrance area are also nice. It is located right next to the train station and there are many restaurants around the hotel. You can also get on the metro right around the corner.

Les chambres sont aménagées avec tout le nécessaire et ce malgré les tailles contraintes comme partout à Paris. Demeure un défaut si on a du mal avec le bruit, le métro fait trembler les murs. Le quartier est assez glauque mais pas dangereux, après tout, c'est toujours comme ça à côté d'une gare...

Super accueil par Razan !!! La conciergerie un grand plus pour visiter Paris tranquillement. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié et le personnel vraiment à notre écoute.
Je reviendrai sans aucun souci
