Fantastic hotel for a city break right next to the station. Staff were so friendly and attentive especially Razan and Souhell, they looked after our luggage before and after we arrived, complimentary upgrade and lovely clean room. We will definitely be back!

Good hotel. Room was compact, but clean. Maid service every day. When we had a problem with the kettle in the room (la bouilloire, if you're interested) it was fixed same day. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was pretty good, buffet choice of eggs, sausage, bacon, plus continental choices. |Good location near Gare de l'est station. Pretty decent selection of places to eat nearby. Strongly recommend pastry shop across from hotel.|Would recommend.

Super bad experience, no customer service at all. Before traveling, I called the hotel to verify if I could accommodate a friend during my stay; the hotel's truth was that I could, as long as I paid 5 euros more for that person as a city tax. When the day arrived and I approached the receptionist, a very rude and negative young woman, she told me that this wasn't the case, that my colleague should tell me to check the size of my room first. She said no to all my questions without even checking on her computer first, all with the intention of giving me the only option of selling me a separate, larger room for one night. The next day, when this girl had supposedly arranged everything to simply hand over my room and move me to my friend's, it wasn't the case. The only option a new man at reception gave me was to sell me a deluxe room at a price that didn't take into account the difference with the room I was renting. There was no guarantee for me at that hotel even though I called ahead, they are rude and impolite, they took almost $400 more from me, they made my stay in France very difficult.
