Rien à redire sur cet hôtel très bien placé. Accueil du personnel sympathique, service parfait. Possibilité de boire une boisson chaude, thé, café, chocolat...etc gratuitement. L'hôtel accepte de garder les bagages alors que la chambre n'est pas encore libérée, un vrai plus lorsque votre arrivée à la capitale est trop tôt.

Stanza non corrispondente alle foto, strettissima, sporca, angusta, bagno cieco e angusto. Personale sicuramente gradevole e gentile. Bella idea di offrire caffè e bevande calde. Posizione strategica perché si ha la metro a 200 metri e tantissimi ristoranti verso la repubblica, ma il prezzo non vale la struttura

Quel dommage ! C'était la 2ème fois que je séjournais ici et j'étais ravie d'avoir trouvé un hôtel abordable et calme en plein centre de Paris pour mes venues hebdomadaires à Paris.
Malheureusement, le gérant de l'hôtel a été particulièrement désagréable de bon matin et m'a traitée comme une arnaqueuse car j'ai fait 2 réservations sous le même nom avec 2 cartes bancaires différentes, alors qu'il s'agissait simplement d'une première nuit réservée à titre privée et une seconde à titre personnel. Il ne connait pas non plus le principe des cartes virtuelles et s'étonne que je ne paye pas avec la carte avec laquelle j'ai réservé : oui, c'est le principe je paye en ligne avec ma carte virtuelle pour être débitée directement et ne pas avoir à payer sur place avec une carte ! Le pire, c'est que ce monsieur pense qu'il parle correctement, certes il n'élève pas la voix mais cela ne veut pour autant pas dire que vous vous adressez à vos clients avec respect.
Pour info, je profite de ce commentaire pour vous dire que la prise de la chambre à côté du lit ne fonctionnait pas et que la chasse d'eau de la salle de bain était capricieuse !

Accueil et service très sympathique. Hôtel bien situé entre la place de la République et le quartier Saint Martin...

Super séjour dans cet hôtel,accueil remarquable au service des clients bien situé,calme,bonne literie,petit déjeuner extra je recommande cet établissement.

Only the shower is horribly tiny, with a curtain always sticking due to lack of space. Terrible. The rest of the room was good, quiet and comfortable bed.

Muy Buena ubicación! Hotel sencillo y limpio. Personal muy Agradable y disponible a ayudar. Buen desayuno. Además te permiten tomar té, café o chocolate a cualquier hora y te dan agua en botella Gratis! Hay supermercados, lavandería y muchos bares y restaurantes. El mejor Guacamole! Una taquería mexicana en la esquina!

Hôtel ce qu'il y a de plus basique.
La chambre est petite, le sol n'est pas droit, la fenêtre est cassée.
Mais si vous venez juste passer une nuit à la capitale cela fera largement l'affaire. Réception ouverte 24/24 le petit déjeuner est ok

Ci siamo trovate molto bene!
Camere pulite e silenziose, la zona dell’hotel è molto giovanile e piena di locali. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile e c’è la possibilità di usufruire della macchina del caffè a qualsiasi ora della giornata.
Se dovessimo tornare in città, torneremo volentieri!

מלון נעים, נקי, דקה מאזור תוסס מלא צעירים, בתי קפה, מאפיות שוות, מטרו קרוב, מעלית פצפונת, חדר בגודל סביר, ארון קטן, אין מזגן, יש מאוורר שולחן, שרות אדיב, שתיה חמה וקרה חופשי , מעט בעיות בחדר כמו מנורה מקולקלת או מאוורר בלי כיסוי, כל היתר בסדר גמור

My stay at Hotel Garden Saint Martin was truly delightful, especially considering the price point. The hotel offered a clean and comfortable environment with all the necessary amenities. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests, providing complimentary water bottles and ensuring the overall safety of the hotel. With a staff member always available on-site, assistance was just a call away. The addition of complimentary hot drinks and pastries throughout the day was a pleasant touch.

The presence of an elevator made it effortless to move our luggage to and from our room, enhancing the overall convenience. The hotel's location was a strong point, with major tourist attractions only a 20-25 minute metro ride away, and the accessibility to CDG airport via train was another plus. Additionally, the surrounding area offered some fantastic dining options to explore. We also enjoyed some wine, which we picked up by the Monop' beside the hotel, at the nearby canal/river.

However, one downside was the absence of air conditioning, and the availability of fans seemed insufficient to meet guest needs during the stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a fan during our visit. Additionally, the restriction on having guests during later hours was another limitation that might impact some guests' experience. However, the staff member graciously allowed our guests to wait in the lobby while we quickly had to run to our room.

In summary, Hotel Garden Saint Martin provided an enjoyable and comfortable stay with excellent staff service, convenient amenities, and a great location. I will definitely be back if I find myself in Paris!

Good value hotel away from traffic and close to lots of restaurants. Rooms fine, breakfast OK. A bit noisy on warm weekend nights (cafe opposite).
