I made a reservation with free cancellation up until 5/08 and payment at the property. The day after the hotel took 108€ from by card “””as a guarantee”””. Since I didn’t like it I decided to cancel my reservation, they said it would take 10 working days to get my refund, 12 working days have passed and I still didn’t receive anything. To me is unacceptable, they took money for a service they didn’t offer

Acceuil chaleureux , souriant et à l'écoute.||hotel très bien situé, bon petit déjeuner chambre très propre malgré les travaux.||Un peu cher mais au vu du quartier je pense que c'est le prix. ||Il manquait juste une douche, car baignoire dans la chambre, et une couverture de plus.||Sinon rien à redire je retiens l'hôtel .||

Nous avons été informé de travaux - ||La communication a été très bonne -||Cependant un froid glacial dans l’hôtel et pas mal de poussière - ||La rapport qualité prix n’y était pas. ||Dommage car literie très bien, accueil et pdj très bien.
