My Husband and I had just come from another 3 star hotel in Paris and let me just say- unfortunately this “ hotel” which felt more like a run down “ hostel” really doesn’t even deserve one star.
We arrived at the start of Summer here in Europe and the hotel advised air conditioning- however it was “ not working” the day we arrived and apparently they were fully booked so could not offer another room. However after ready some other reviews this is common practice- as they renovate the floors above or below. When asked for a fan- no fans were available so we had to sleep with the windows open for air- which was on the Main Street and it was EXTREMELY loud and noisy!
I did ask the Manager for a refund or compensation and had to email the hotel- nothing has been received or replied to since our stay. I advised her for the price that was paid this simply was not good enough.
Room was VERY small and shower even smaller.
Certainly not a 3 star hotel and we would certainly not stay again. Tourists be warned- stay away from this disappointing place.

Awful experience. Hotel was old, dirty and staff couldn't give a dam. Air-conditioning not working. Thank heavens as the unit was filthy. Area extremely unsafe. Carpet was worn down to fibres. Wifi not working. Offered Euro69 compensation. Went to Sleeping Belle hotel near Gare de Lyon. turned my trip into a wonderful experience.

Bel emplacement pour cet hôtel (proche métro L7) mais les chambres sont petites et la salle de bains encore plus !
Impossible de faire changer un éclairage insuffisant dans les toilettes malgré 2 relances (en laissant la porte ouverte et avec l'éclairage de la chambre il était plus facile de voir qu'avec la lampe installée au mur !).
La literie est trop molle et la cloison avec la chambre attenante n'est pas assez insonorisée!
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement !!

The room was tiny but we are told typical. Good access to food, drink and metro after a short walk. Nice breakfast and common area.

La posizione è comodissima, camere piccole ma essenziali e curate. Purtroppo non c'era il mini frigo ma vabbè......
Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto un caffè in sala colazione (erano le 11 del mattino).
le altre mattine siamo rimasti un po' delusi in quanto stavano facendo dei lavori: magari sarebbe meglio farli non alle 9-10 del mattino quando tutti utilizzano l'unica ascensore????!!?!?! che dire.
per due mattine così. tra operai e rumori di trapano. avessero aspettato qualche ora avevano l'hotel vuoto.
ad esempio l'ultima mattina abbiamo dovuto fare 4 piani di scale con le valigie perché gli operai occupavano l'ascensore e non è stato per nulla carino.
Tolto questo imprevisto, nel complesso è andata bene, posizione super comoda a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro.
zona molto carina. Nei dintorni ci sono bar, boulangerie, kebab ecc
ci hanno fatto lasciare gratis le valigie l'ultimo giorno.
