Overpriced for an extremely small room. If you're a tourist you want to be closer to the tower. I was told my several UBER drivers we had that this was not a good area. There was Mold in the shower, heat was on and the front desk was rude.when attempting to get the ac on. This is a newer hotel and it.was ||disappointing to say the least. I left a day early due to the flu and they wouldn't credit me even though I had asked.the day prior. .we stayed at the HILTON in LONDON for the.aame price and the service waa fantastic.

Très belle hôtel avec un bon emplacement à proximité de la Gare du Nord et du métro.
Mon gros point négatif et qui ne me fera pas rechoisir cet hôtel est l’impossibilité de manger au restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous sommes arrivées dans l’après midi et vu que le restaurant est accessible à tout le monde il n’y a plus de place pour les clients de l’hôtel. De plus celui ci est fermé le dimanche et lundi, pas top pour les week ends prolongés. L’hôtel nous a recommandé un autre restaurant extérieur sans s’assurer qu’il y avait des places disponibles. Finalement nous nous sommes débrouillées seules. Je testais cet hôtel pour des futurs voyages professionnels et le restaurant indisponible après une journée de congrès ou formation est non acceptable.

Très très mauvaise expérience, un bruit assourdissant dans la chambre. Le réceptionniste ne fait preuve d’aucune compréhension, et refuse le remboursement de la chambre alors que nous avons dû partir de l’hôtel car il était impossible de dormir avec ce bruit assourdissant

Nous sommes déjà venu plusieurs fois au Bloom House et tout est toujours parfait. Les chambres, la piscine, le petit dej.

We had a lovely stay at Bloom House. The decor throughout the hotel was truly fantastic—stylish, unique, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in a room on the 6th floor (I believe it was room 611), which offered a charming view of the Sacré-Cœur. Although I would have preferred the adjacent room with a balcony, our room was still very enjoyable.||The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the reception team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One standout feature was the water cooler dispensers on each floor, which we appreciated greatly. But I would suggest adding a water-resistant base underneath the coolers, as the surrounding carpet was getting soaked.||A couple of small drawbacks: the room didn’t have a fridge, but given the space constraints, I can understand why. The bigger letdown was the breakfast—it didn’t quite meet expectations (especially gluten free options were limited). I’d recommend walking toward Canal Saint Martin and enjoying breakfast at one of the cafés overlooking the water instead. We didn’t get the chance to try lunch or dinner at the hotel, so I can’t comment on those meals. The hotel’s courtyard was a lovely spot for drinks, although the bar service could use some improvement.||Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Bloom House offers a beautiful, comfortable experience in a great location. Thank you to the team for making our visit so enjoyable.
