Nice hotel not to far from city centre. Everything you need is in the room. Towels, bathrobe, extra towels. Breakfast is very good. And quietly in the evenings.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et parfait pour visiter Paris. L'équipement est moderne et contemporain. C'est un hôtel propre et agréable.

When we checked in we were unable to get the air conditioner on as it was set on heat . I had to phone the front desk multiple times, and finally I went down to the lobby. The gentleman, well man, was extremely rude telling me to be quiet and says he resetting the thermostat. This was after I was told they were sending someone. I seem him move both rooms over to cool and finally we get some relief. The "SHOWER" had mold throughout and we found someone's scarf in our room. Prior guest? The day we arrived I realized I booked in the wrong side of the city. This was our first time in Paris and we wanted to be right by the tourist sites. I planned this trip Girls trip as my sincer has cancer and we have talked about it our entire lives. This is the main reason.we needed to be closer. I spoke with the front desk about checking out the following day, but wanting to be sure I'm not being charged. I was told I had to speak with the manager who would not be in until 10:00 am. The following morning I wasn't feeling well and the hotel staff came to the door asking if we would be.checking out. We'll this is clearly a lack of communication, as I had yet to speak with the manager. At this point we were exhausted and decided to stay. That day, I decided I would be returning to London, since I wasn't feeling well and asked that they check me out of one room for one night and again was told no. I left the hotel, and the room was empty for a day. The worst experience in my entire life at a hotel. STAY AWAY......

중심부와 살짝 떨어진 곳이라 아쉽지만 그 점이 상쇄될만큼 만족스러운 곳이에요!
정수기가 있어서 찬물, 탄산수까지 먹을 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다.
호텔 청결, 인테리어, 서비스, 시설(사우나, 수영장) 모든게 완벽했습니다.

Le repas du midi était très bon, pris sur la terrasse « comme un petit oasis », avec un service sympathique et attentionné.
Le spa était très agréable, beau et reposant.
