Cleanliness is excellent
Friendly service
Jessica the receptionist goes up and above to help and very friendly.
Breakfast is served, again clean and plenty of it always refilling and lady is very immaculate with cleaning up and pleasant.
Highly recommend the hotel .
Close to metro and eurostar.
Enjoy the rest and visit .

The staff are incredibly accommodating and very friendly making my stay even better. I arrived with a lot of heavy bags and the staff helped me always with them and even left them in my room waiting for me. Special shout out to Ruhul the receptionist who is great, fluent in English and French and is so helpful and kind.

Stayed here for the second time and the hotel remains impeccable- Jessica at the front desk was amazing and so helpful!
Vi brukte omtrent 20 minutter på å gå ned til Louvre og områdene rundt. På vei ned var mange fine bakeri og cafér litt utenfor turistkjernen som hadde litt bedre priser og langt mindre kø enn i selve turistgatene. Anbefaler området nordvest for hotellet. Der finnes en gammel kirke/katedral på en høyde. Mange skjulte perler og mye fint å se rundt her.
