I stayed at Hotel Providence for 5 nights with my family and we couldn't have had a more perfect trip. But before we even got there, the concierge they put me in contact with was incredible and helped me with every question and reservation that I threw at them. It truly helped make our trip to Paris so special. I arrived earlier than my other family members and came from a very long and sleepless flight. My room was unexpectedly ready at 11:00am which was such a pleasant surprise. It helped in warding off my jet lag! The rooms are comfortable, clean and stylish. I did not have a problem with street noise at night! They also provided a plug adaptor in my room which was great. The service at the bar for coffee and aperitifs was friendly and efficient. Just like every team member that helped us at Hotel Providence. I will definitely be returning on my next stay to Paris.

My experience in the hotel was good, but mixed. It is absolutely beautiful, it was clean, and everything worked. It had A/C and an elevator, which is critical after a long-haul flight. The staff was great, and was willing to accommodate an early check-in. The downsides were that it is extremely loud at night -- SO far beyond what I expected. Not just "lively fun crowd at midnight," which I can deal with, but "clearly unwell folks screaming bloody murder at 4am outside your window," which I could not deal with. This is not the hotel's fault, but it bears mentioning. The bedding was not comfortable, and a room that small vacillates between "too hot" and "too cold." I only slept about 2 hours.

Wir haben nicht übernachtet,sondern nur 2mal gegessen. Topp Qualität. Am ersten Tag waren wir am Nachmittag dort, super Service durch den Kellner.
Gestern Abend dann reserviert und kamen um 19 Uhr an. Der Chef war unfreundlich, arrogant, keine Begrüßung, nicht kundenfreundlich. Das ist wirklich schade, denn seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Ein ganz wunderbares Steak,perfekt gebraten.

The room is unbelievably tiny. It’s literally just a bed and bathroom. I’ve never seen a hotel room, let alone a 4 star hotel room, this small. Having said that, the entire hotel is super small; we were so confused walking in because the entire hotel is essentially one desk in a restaurant (plus of course the rooms upstairs). Also, we had a room that faced the street and there is zero insulation in the walls, we could hear every conversation on the street throughout the evening. I note that the hotel is on a lively street with bars across the street. Finally the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. I don’t think we got a single good night sleep.

For the pros, the aesthetic was very cute and very friendly good service. There is a lot of cultural diversity in this neighborhood and could get all kinds of foods without a short walk.
