Très bon accueil, chambre propre, sdb grande et moderne . Nous cherchions à etre très proche de la Gare du Nord pour un train matinal , nous étions parfaitement situé .

It was marvelous to step out of Gare du Nord, cross the street and be at our hotel. The front staff was friendly, engaging and helpful giving us detailed guidance on the Paris transit system. The room was very quiet given the location near the station. Room was also comfortable.

如果經 Eurostar去巴黎,呢間算係唔錯, 一出巴黎北站行5分鐘就到, 而且係兩個車站中間都好方便. 去其他地方大約20-30分鐘內必到。

-房間2個人剛好,洗手間同浴室都算大, 每日提供2枝水
-早餐可以選擇需要時直接去就可以 17 歐元
(食物有香腸,Bacon,炒蛋,煎蛋, 麵包, yogurt, cold cut等等)
(個人意見:如果太早出門或去全日去迪士尼可以一戰)
-員工好Friend
-Wifi 都快而且免費!!
-附近一帶雖然有點雜亂,不過我覺得尚可接受
-而且提供住客行李寄存，可以早上退房後走一走再返回領行李去車站

Le sejour s’est bien passé. La chambre est correcte avec une belle salle de bain. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner que j’ai trouvé simple pour un 4 étoiles.

We stayed with Hotel Hor in November 2024. When we returned to Paris in May 2025, we knew we wern’t staying anywhere else. Staff are amazing, room clean and made up daily. Nuxe toiletries which my partner loves. Free bottled water and coffee machine in lobby as well as in the room. For a couples getaway this hotel is perfect, a short walk from Gare du Nord and walk in shower makes it ideal for people with limited mobility. They were happy to store our bags after checkout on the last day, enabling us to explore without additional cost of luggage lockers. We will be back if we visit Paris again.

Wir hatten für eine Übernachtung zwei Doppelzimmer als Familie gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das komplette Hotel ist sehr sauber und ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Frühstück sehr lecker und ausgewogen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Locatie is zeer dichtbij station Gare du Nord hetgeen een beetje onrustig is in velerlei opzichten. Dat is het enige minpuntje.

Un grand grand merci à Yann pour son professionnalisme et sa loyauté
Nous n’avons échangé que par téléphone car j’étais à la recherche d’un hébergement pour trois personnes dont une en situation de handicap. Yann a été très à l’écoute et serviable. Il n’a pas oublié de me recontacter pour connaître mon point de vue avant de remettre la chambre (sur laquelle j’avais mis une option) en vente.
Des qualités professionnelles et humaines rares de nos jours.

This hotel located one block from Gare Due Nord (train station) is well worthy of a visit/ stay. My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in April and the staff ( Jan & Aya) could not have been more welcoming and helpful. They also gave us a late check-out at no extra cost. The room was quiet and big for Paris. Free tea/coffee on arrival and throughout in the foyer. Nice touch! Very helpful with maps and guidance for the local area and Paris in general. 2 minutes for Gare du Nord which is a bonus for travel around France and Eurostar.

From our arrival to when we left, Alistair and all the reception staff included housekeeping, were friendly and very helpful. They met us with a bonjour and smile on every interaction.
Hotel Hor Europe rooms are designed with features that maximise the space to accommodate luggage and movement around the bed. Our room and bathroom were fitted with modern fittings, and they were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is perfectly positioned to Gare de Nord and Gare de Est and metro lines. The hotel has a lift. Access to pharmacies, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bakeries only meters away. Once you enter the doors, you find yourself in a quiet, comfortable foyer with areas to relax, including a pleasant outdoor garden area. Guests are invited to help themselves to coffee or tea in this area throughout the day. We would definitely recommend this delightful hotel.

We stayed here twice - for a night before and after a trip further afield. The hotel is really convenient for Gare du Nord and easy to travel around Paris from. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It was nice being able to help ourselves to coffee throughout the day. The rooms were clean and adequate for our needs, with tea and coffee facilities provided and a nice shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Top locatie. Vlak aan gare du nord en gare de l'est. Dus ook meteen toegang tot alle metro lijnen. Heel gezellig hotel. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn mooi en goed verzorgd. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Een aanrader!

We stayed at Hotel Hor two nights twice during our 2.5 weeks in Europe: once at the beginning of our trip and again at the very end. We chose it for its convenient location 2 minutes walk from Gare du Nord, since we were catching a morning train to Germany on day 2 and would be heading back to Charles DeGaulle Airport early morning at the end of our trip. The location was great, and the rooms we had faced an interior courtyard and were so quiet, you'd never know you were near a major train station and in the middle of a busy city. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to a lot of really good restaurants and a 20 minute walk to Montmartre. Everywhere else was easy access by Metro. The room was small, but very nice and the optional continental breakfast also good. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating including ordering a taxi for our early Sunday morning trip to the airport. We'd gladly stay there again.

Cosy hotel, very friendly staff go above and beyond room was very clean. Special shout out to Jean Thomas and Alex/Alestin (unsure kn spelling sorry)at reception very friendly and helpful with directions to metros st bus routes e.t.c. Bed was very comfortable and easy access to Guard Du Nord. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr sicheres. Man kommt in das Hotel ohne das das Personal an der Rezeption sitzt. Dann muss man klingeln und in den Aufzug gelangt man nur mit der Hotelzimmerkarte so das keine Unbefugten Personen hinein kommen. Ansonsten wird das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt und das ziemlich gründlich. Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt zwischen den beiden Bahnhöfen Ost und West. Somit eine top Lage für alle Ausflugziele mit Metro oder Bus.

Positive: The room and facilities were immaculate and new looking. The staff were friendly and helpful. They all spoke English well. Shoutout to Yaya for helping me with difficulty getting tickets to the Louvre. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Negative: The overall experience was good. The room was small and crowded for 2 people. The bed was hard.

The room had an overwhelming smell of artificial fragrance, it was so bad that my wife and I both had a raging migraine within minutes. We opened the window and went for a walk hoping the smell would dissipate by the time we returned. However, it was just as bad or worse when we returned. Edvin came to our room and tried to fix the problem, without luck. We packed our bags (at this time it was already midnight) and decided to go to a different hotel. On our way out, Edvin was able to give us a room from a last minute cancellation, in which the smell was much better.
Without Edvin this would have been a massive failure and I'd be leaving a one star review. He tried very hard to help us, and in the end he was a huge help. Thank you Edvin for helping us have a good stay.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, δίπλα στο σταθμό των τραίνων και του μετρό, ανακαινισμένα μοντέρνα δωμάτια, πολύ καλή καθαριότητα, πλούσιο σε πρωινό, και πολύ καλή τιμή για Παρίσι. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησώ!
