This hotel is in a perfect location for access from Gare du Nord and easy access to both Metros. From start to finish of our holiday the service by all members of staff have been to a high standard. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast had a good choice with plenty of coffee. Will certainly look forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed for 1 night in the hotel.
No parking nearby. Pay attention where you park, don’t park on the streets.
The room was okay and tidy, just like the pictures. We reserved a room with 2 beds but we got a sofa bed. There was a huge hole in the wall.
The host was nice at arrival and at departure.
However immediately after leaving I checked my bank account and saw that the prepayment of the room was still active. Called the host who reassured me that I would be reimbursed after 2-3 days…Called my bank after 4 days, they told me that the hotel reserved the prepayment of 413€ from October 2nd to November 3rd. Tried to fix the issue with the host via mail but he kept showing me the receipt that they didn’t take the money but the issue was still the same, the money was still reserved by the hotel.
I got my money back on November 3rd and had to struggle with my bills the whole month.

Location wise was excellent, on a main busy street with Gare du Nord train station a 5 minute walk. Host was pleasant and kindly borrowed us an iron. Breakfast room was a tight squeeze but food was lovely.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel badly needs some maintenance, there were holes in bathroom door, shower was terrible, as the water kept going out onto the floor, no shower door or curtain to prevent this happening. The towels were very old, worn out and so small you couldn:t get them around your body, and only replaced every second day, so they were wet for your next day, because we had to use them to dry floor from shower.
Breakfast area was always full of peoples bags so you never felt you could even eat in there.

Excellent location, very close to two main line stations. easy walk. Our room was a good size and well laid out. Lift is small [as commented on by a previous reviewer] but perfectly adequate for the size of the hotel. However, Rooms on the 6th level had no lift access and would have been very challenging to access for an older couple. We were on level 5 so all was fine. A previous reviewer said that it was noisy. If the window was shut there was no noise at all. All the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable [and had a good level of English language]. We felt very welcomed.
Only criticisms: Hotel was hard to find. An illuminated sign would help a lot. We walked past it in the dark.
Hotel supplied soap, body wash and shampoo but no conditioner
The towels were really poor. Old and thin.
