It’s a culinary journey where each dish is perfectly prepared and beautiful to look at. Some feature seasonal ingredients like morels. The flavors are amazing and the wine pairings are thoughtful and well explained.
This was our favorite meal in France among the handful of Michelin starred (and other) restaurants we tried.
