It’s an amazing—and fairly expensive—experience to have once in a lifetime. Although I had made a reservation two weeks in advance, we were given a cramped corner table, which I found disappointing. In Turkey, a restaurant of this level would typically offer a more spacious and luxurious setting. The place felt more like a partially restored historic site than a high-end venue. We had read that there were four menu options, but in fact, there were at least six, starting at €149. That said, the dishes were truly unique and incredibly delicious, and the staff was attentive. Despite the seating and ambiance, I’d still recommend the experience overall.
