The best snail I had so far in Paris. I took the duck confit which was delicious and sous vide pork belly melted as expected, but the snail, the snail was cooked to perfect, retaining the freshness and not overwhelmed by the sauce. As a tourist it’s thrilled to be immersed in the vibe of this French restaurant with friendly locals greeting our company, and the server was exceptionally happy to embrace us in an unforgettable French night ….(and it so happened that PSG won the semi final!!). Can’t miss out the creme brûlée and chocolate mousse, with the mousse clearly standing out!! Will definitely come back.
