De retour chez Eels, après une première expérience réussie, et toujours la même émotion gustative avec des accords et des saveurs souvent inédites mais toujours justes ! Merci de régaler nos papilles et de votre excellent accueil. Seul bémol, la salle est très sonore mais le dernier service de 14h permet de retrouver plus de calme ☺️

Chefs menu was fantastisch en erg uitgebreid. Prachtige wijnen als begeleiding waarover enthousiast verteld werd. Er werd heel goed rekening gehouden met dieetwensen, waarvoor nogmaals dank. Heel goed eten in een laid back sfeer en daardoor meer toegankelijk gemaakt.

Eels was a great experience with great food. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and gave great insight into the dishes. We had the 5 course chef's tasting menu, and they went above and beyond to make alternate dishes accommodating a dietary restriction without hindering the dishes. I highly recommend eating here when in town! Oh, and make sure you get the eel.

Une expérience visuelle et gustative surprenante et pertinente. Quel plaisir de voir s'activer la brigade à la composition de ces mets succulents où la Terre et la Mer se marie avec délicatesse dans un océan de saveurs. Les accords vins discrètement conseillé par un personnel attentionné sublime le palais. Une très belle adresse à conseiller sans modération.

We have been regular clients of Eels since 2018 .. simply because it is consistently excellent.
The team is like a finely trained orchestra.. each member is excellent in his/ her own right .. but together they make memorable music.
The “ front of House” Étienne is warm, knowledgeable of the wines such that we simply ask him to choose something for us. The Chef is original and brings to us beautifully conceived meals .. the choices bring the best of the seasonal produce ants the “ artist of the plates”
Works magic every time. It is surely a feast for the most exacting of taste buds… but it is also a thing of beauty laid before us.

petit restaurant mais avec vue sur les cuisines et le chef.
Des plats de haute volée avec une entrée à l'anguille fumée ... extraordinaire !!!
le midi : rapport qualité prix imbattable ... le soir plus dans les budgets habituels pour ce type de plaisirs gastro/gourmand.
