很不错的米其林推荐，上菜速度适中，32或39欧/人的午市套餐很受欢迎，两道菜式也能吃饱，甜点的樱桃蛋糕尤其推荐，酸甜中和的非常好！

We always go to Eels when we visit Paris because the food is always delicious, innovative, and artistic, the atmosphere buzzy, wine advice very good, and quality service. We said this in Nov. 2024 and today 28th May 2025 we’ll say it again. Superb!!!

An amazing experience! As good as it was reported to be. No one should go here and not try the smoked eels, their justly famous signature dish. And everything else was beautifully presented and prepared, full of startling and nuanced flavor combinations.
A meal we will always remember.
