This would have been a good review had my visit not had such an unpleasant end. The location is ok., next to Canal St Martin, so lots of people about. A nice place to chill and watch the world go by. Service was a little slow but friendly when it arrived. I ordered a cappuccino which arrived quickly and was ok, if a little on the overly hot and watery side.
Now, why disgusting? As I left I asked to use the toilet. The toilet was a single person cubicle that charged €1 to enter. As if charging customers to use the toilet was not bad enough, the cubicle itself was absolutely awful. Was like the worst public toilet you would find in a park. No paper, and hand dryer did not work.
This silly act of greed will put many customers off returning. I know I will not call again.
Le prix plutôt haut ne pourrait ne pas déranger, si seulement l'accès au sanitaires était à la hauteur -entre 15 et 20 minutes d'attente, sous la demande d'un jeton-, toilettes souvent démunies de papier, et non entretenues !
Payer 8€ ma pinte pourrait ne pas me déranger, cependant, savoir que je dois couper un moment entre ami.e.s pour pouvoir me soulager, cela ne me plait guère -et semble plutôt m'agacer.
Désolée cependant pour les serveurs, qui semblent se donner du mal dans une entreprise qui doit sûrement les malmener.
