烹饪是 Farroukh 家族的传统。1950 年，Haïdar 在达喀尔创办了他的第一家餐厅 Adonis。这是这位自学成才的厨师的早期创举，他很快就开始在炉灶前帮助母亲。他向人们介绍了慷慨的黎巴嫩美食。
他的儿子法德尔在那里开始了自己的职业生涯，之后于 1999 年移居巴黎。他致力于向人们介绍黎巴嫩街头美食和著名的传统萨吉。父子俩的关系建立在信任的基础上，有时也会有不信任，但他们知道，他们有着共同的愿景和感性，那就是烹饪出充满爱的慷慨美食，那就是 Téta....

She misguided us through the Chawarma dishes claiming that Chicken shish tawook is the same as the chawarma dish?
I’ve ordered the same dish twice with different sides and I obviously said: « one with rice and the other with bread » so she stared strangely + did not double check the order and brought one portion only then proceeded to ignore us, serve others and tidy up empty tables!!! I was very excited to visit this Lebanese spot but unfortunately my husband ended up without his dinner because of her sloppy service.
We asked for the check several times and she kept pointing at the counter to get up and pay although other customers were served with the bill while seated.
Perhaps if she has a hearing difficulty, a waitress isn’t the best job.
The two stars for food are for the Kibbe only because it was served hot.

Dei deliziosi ossimori in questo ristorante.
Dalla rapidità e maestria dei cuochi e del capo sala nell'impiattare le porzioni una dopo l'altra nella cucinarea vista, al piacere di assaggiare dei gusti delicati ma ricchi di spezie e sapori che si accendono nella bocca.
Sono andato sul semplice: falafel e tartare di melanzane. Inutile dire che nel vedere i piatti uscire un po' mi sono pentito di non avere preso qualcosa di più sofiaticato.
Eppure, la semplicità ha ripagato con ques'ottima cena libanese.
I piatti sono stile ''tapas'' ma con due sarete abbastanza sazi per mangiare da soli, altrimenti consiglio di prenderne diversi e testare con amici.
Di dovere menzionare l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Ritornerò per esplorare meglio il menù!
