First of all we booked a family room on the website but only to be told we only got a 1 bed room when we arrived, which was different from the pic we saw when we booked the room. The hotel explained that the picture was a generic one, which we are not very convinced, as each room did have their unique photos. We were totally mislead by the hotel.
Besides there isn't a mini fridge at the room, which is pretty disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
The reception is kind of lazy as sometimes when you ask for some items, they told you to go downstairs to pick up instead of sending to the room. Definitely below a 4-star hotel standard.
Besides the hotel is far from every tourist attractions. You need on average 40-50min to get to everywhere through public transportation
other than that, the room is clean, quite. Nice neigborhood.
