Este hotel ha sido una auténtica sorpresa para mí. |Me ha encantado la parte de las luces etc..Impecable en cuanto a limpieza, divertido y con detalles que sorprenden. Pero sobre todo quería felicitar al personal. ¡Espectaculares! Detallistas, cuidados, con enormes ganas de ayudar. Ha sido un auténtico lujo y una maravillosa sorpresa. Mil gracias por hacer que la estancia haya sido especial.

Great self-service check-in/check-out experience! The room was stylish and equipped with automated controls. The staff was responsive. Breakfast could have had a wider variety of options, but it did a great job of providing morning calories.

The ambience of the CitizenM is awesome. Everywhere you go the design of the hotel is consistent, modern and surprising. However the room is okayish, I miss a coffeemaker and the use of the Ipad to control everything is needless and annoying. ||||However they are clean well designed.||||The Breakfast is very limited.||||A plus for the breakfast are the American ladies behind the bar are hilarious when they try to shout your roomnumber (when your coffee is done) in French with the heavy American Accent.

I was really impressed by the lobby, as I came in for the first time, in Paris La Défense site.||Then, all employees are really nice and gave back usefull informations about the journey, with a kick view to the nice and wide bar.||I also loved to choose my view for the room, the room is pretty cute, with a clean, wide and confortable bed. I really enjoy using the iPad to manage curtins, lights (and ambiance!), tv, etc||Everything works just fine, quickly with no heavy process or anything else.

Very conveniently located near the CNIT building which was hosting the ACAMS. Comfy rooms, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who gifted me some beans of their delicious coffee that I was hoping they were selling :-) Made my day!

I will be back!
