This a city centre chain hotel. The difference was the receptionist. We had booked for 2 nights and pre paid on a non-cancellation deal. ||Our plans changed and were only to stay one night. When I told the receptionist this she pointed out we had paid for 2 nights which could not be changed but we had not pre-paid for breakfast and gave us the option to have a free breakfast.||Now, that is the sort of little thing which elevates someone from being a functionary in a chain hotel into someone who guests appreciate.||Take a look at my review of the Hotel Paris in Limoges and you will note the other end of the scale.||The hotel is in the city centre.

Preis passt, Service engagiert. Zimmer groß und sauber, leider kleine Kästen. Bügeleisen inklusive. Lobby modern Frühstück üppig. Leider 3 Tage ein Lift ausgefallen, Zeitverzögerung

Hôtel bien situé avec un parking, proche du périphériques et métro à 10 minutes. Petit déjeuner sans plus et pas de possibilité d'oeuf au plat (C'est bien la 1ere fois chez Accor en tant que Platinum). A noter Hôtel avec douche pour handicapé donc très pratique pour eux, moins pour nous (pas de paroi de douche). Par contre rue calme, resto de l'hôtel correct et possibilité de se restaurer également dans les environs.

The start of our trip was a bit inauspicious as one elevator was out of service. Aside from that glitch, the hotel was one of the best we stayed at throughout two weeks in France. The front desk staff was so very helpful, and I want to give a special thanks to Sonia (on duty the morning of Weds, 5/7). She was so helpful getting through to DHL Shipping on my behalf, in order to have my missing luggage (from the past Saturday) directed to the hotel that same day. Otherwise, we would have left for the US without. Sonia was most pleasant and very patient with me. God bless her : ) .

Near the top of our list out of 8-9 hotels visited over the past two weeks. Front desk ambassadors especially gracious and patient with “out of the country” guests : ) . Varied and good breakfast options, too. Would stay here again!
