The hotel was clean, and nice rooms had everything you needed except if you needed an iron. You had to ask for this . It was on the outskirts of Paris so you needed transport to get into Paris . Staff were friendly, the restaurant was closed in the evening which wasn't ideal

Let’s just clear this up: this hotel is fantastic. It was clean (I stripped the bed and looked in corners just to find a clean space) and comfortable. Super close to the metro and was in a great neighborhood with a great pastry shop walking distance to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. I had an issue with my room key and a staff member said “whatever you need, we are here for you”. Truly amazing service.

I understand this hotel gets mixed reviews but I truly believe they have made great efforts to operate at the high-level status that they claim to operate at. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Breakfast was decent, restocked constantly and tables cleaned efficiently.
Room a little dated but everything was clean.
The only thing I didn't like was the shower, pressure not great and it's the bath shower combo with a plastic curtain.
Very handy to the train station.
