Wonderful place. Near the metro to Paris, near the Train to Versailles and only 30 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Self catering really helped and the rooms had all we needed including a balcony to enjoy the wine at night!!! Breakfast brought each night before. Automatic reception etc. staff easily contacted by WhatsApp or mail and respond in minutes any time. Loved the place

Great location, good value for money

The location is excellent, with a metro station nearby. Check-in is done through a self-service machine. The room is small but clean. The bathroom is very tiny and narrow. Breakfast is left in the room in the afternoon for the next morning, and it’s mostly the same every day (a piece of fruit, juice, coffee capsule, a croissant, a waffle, two American pancakes, and small portions of cream, jam, and honey).

On the second day, we had to message them to bring us clean towels. During our stay, the elevator wasn’t working for our floor, so we had to use the stairs.

There are bakeries and supermarkets close by. All in all, it’s worth the money we paid.

Izuzetno cisto. Dorucak obilan. Kuhinja opremljena sa svim potrebnim uredjajima. Jedna jaka cetvorka. Problem je tesno kupatilo sa malim lavaboom, kao u decijij vrticima, gde je nemoguce umiti se.

Il n’y a pas de télévision , il y a des fourmis dans les chambres après plusieurs demande le direction est incapable de retirer les fourmis ou de nous mettre la télévision au prix de 250 euros par nuit c’est scandaleux
La direction ne fait même pas l’effort de s’excuser

Rooms are good but small. Would not recommend for two people but for one it is totally fine. I was working and worked remotely from here. The WiFi was strong and the breakfast tray was decent. I loved the cute neighborhood

Très bonne première expérience avec cette résidence. Idéalement située dans une rue calme de Levallois, elle offre un excellent niveau de service et un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons !

Неплохо, но слышно даже как человек в другом номере в туалет ходит. Холодно, кондиционер работает плохо. А ситуация со светом на второй день, так вообще ужас.. При подключении карты, выбивает автомат и решить эту проблему так и не удалось. Ванна очень маленькая, сахара, соли нету вообще.

Но есть всё для готовки + маленький, но балкон. Добраться на метро можно куда угодно и оно не далеко.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel apartment. It's in a quiet, residential area that's well connected to Paris city center—just a 7-minute walk from the Louise Michel metro stop. The bed was comfy, but the toilet had a bit of a rusty smell. The only issue we had was that the door kept opening even after we closed it. Otherwise, a great stay!

+ Küche mit guter Ausstattung
+ Leichter und selbsterklärender Check-in (ohne Personal)

- Wohnung ist komplett hellhörig (man konnte hören das oben jemand rumgeht)

What was supposed to be a vacation turned into a nightmare from the moment we arrived at the place. We waited more than an hour to check in because their system was down. After a long 10-hour trip, we didn't expect to wait that long. The second surprise was that the entire neighborhood had no water. We spent more than 5 hours without taking a shower. The room was smaller than we expected. We requested a refund to go to the place and the receptionist, who was quite rude, informed us that a full cancellation was not possible. I sincerely do not recommend this place.

Prima accomodatie voor een paar dagen Parijs. De kamers zijn niet heel groot, maar wel erg netjes. Badkamer was erg klein. Daarnaast is de locatie prima, kun je in het weekend gratis op straat parkeren, zijn er leuke restaurants in de buurt en ben je met een deelfiets zo in de stad.

Location is very good. However Lunch and Dinner has to be organised on own and there are many restaurants around. There is no reception or sitting in the lobby. If you check-in early or late, better to write or speak with Hotel staff before you go to hotel as main entrance is locked and can be accessed through hotel key only.

La cata !|D'abord le lit aussi dur que les bras de Teddy Riner et les oreillers aussi plats qu'une feuille A4, aucune insonorisation : on entendait les ébats des voisins comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre et on entend tous les passages dans le couloir donc impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin, le petit déjeuner est servi la veille à 18h dans un panier ??? Bien évidemment il n'y a écrit ça nulle part et nous ne sommes pas mis au courant donc ayant réservé la chambre à 18h( en ayant payé la formule petit déjeuner) -> pas de petit déjeuner le matin , de toute façon vu les photos du " petit déjeuner" je préfère ne pas en avoir ... Salle de bain et baignoire riquiqui, pour rentrer dans l'ascenseur il ne faut vraiment pas être en obésité sinon vous ne rentrez pas et cerise sur le gâteau je me réveille le matin avec des plaques rouges sur le corps ?? Le seul avantage le miroir d'entrée est beau lol

Cet "hôtel" n'est pas un hôtel en soi mais un bâtiment avec plusieurs petits studios. Les lits sont très confortables. Vous disposez d'un sèche-cheveux, d'un fer à repasser, d'une cafetière, d'une machine à eau bouillie, d'un réfrigérateur, de nombreuses serviettes et d'articles de toilette. L'immeuble n'est pas très proche du métro. L'immeuble et la rue sont calmes.
Le petit déjeuner est servi tous les soirs pour le lendemain matin.

Notre chambre de 17 m2 est agréable, propre et fraîche, et nous avons également un balcon, ce qui est très agréable. Il y a une petite baignoire, où vous pouvez choisir si vous voulez que le haut de votre corps ou vos jambes soient sous l'eau. Le petit-déjeuner se compose de fruits frais, d'une brioche, d'une crêpe et d'un gâteau, ainsi que de jus de fruits, de thé, de café cacao et de divers condiments. La qualité n'est pas excellente, mais c'est ce que l'on attend pour le prix ! Il n'y a pas de nettoyage des chambres pendant le séjour et nous avons manqué de papier toilette, que nous avons acheté nous-mêmes. Le petit déjeuner est livré tous les soirs.
L'emplacement est agréable mais un peu éloigné du centre de Paris. Nous avons réussi à tout atteindre à pied (nous avons marché environ 26 km par jour)

Endroit agréable pour séjourner pour pas cher, mais n'en attendez pas trop. Les chambres sont agréables et confortables pour un couple. Il n'y a que de la nourriture apportée dans la chambre comme seul service pendant une semaine complète, et la nourriture est presque la même chaque jour. Même le papier hygiénique n'a pas été livré pendant la semaine. L'emplacement est agréable mais un peu trop éloigné du centre, ce qui rend le trajet très long à chaque fois.

Je savais que je réservais un petit appartement pour me promener dans la ville. L'emplacement est proche d'une station de métro, d'un supermarché et de restaurants. Je me suis sentie en sécurité dans ce quartier. La douche était très bien. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été faciles. Je reviendrais certainement à cet endroit si j'avais besoin de quelque chose dans la même situation.
